Sure and Ana is correct, jobs and the economy tanked because of Covid and not Trump's fault but now if that is the case, why doesn't the right, it's rabbit hole Russia ass kissing podcasters, FOX news, Newsmax, etc. admit inflation is also the result of coming out of a pandemic?
Inflation almost everywhere in the world was a function of excessive money printing. Whenever pundits and politicians disconnect from this economic reality, we risk making people dumber about how the economy works.

The Fed's money printing might have been necessary during the crisis. It continued far too long in some ways to help fund Biden's post-COVID spending initiatives. The Fed has recently clamped down on the money supply and inflation has come down. Unfortunately, we are still at risk of a recession.

It's not all that mystical when you stand back and look at some charts.

By the way, Western central banks key their monetary policies off the U.S. Federal Reserve.

You must have heard that on one of those conspiracy podcasts.
Besides, if you really think about it, the left wing doesn't need podcasters...they already own all the mainstream media outlets.
Nah, I saw the indictments for Tenet media....and the MSM doesn't spew conspiracy theories, they publish verifiable facts. That's the big difference here. And, if you think the MSM are liars, its probably because they publish things you don't want to admit are true, so you take the Trump route and say its all false...

I'm surprised that Benny is still in business, given the public revelations about the Russians paying him to lie for them.

A few years ago, a few patriotic Americans would have stopped by his house and made their opinion of him known pretty forcefully.
I wouldn't want to see vigilante justice at all. And, there is a chance that he didn't know where the money was coming from....But, if you were like him or Tim Pool, you might start to question why you're getting paid so much money when your audience is so small....Like, why would anyone pay that much money for so few views?

The Steele Dossier? Hunter's laptop? Digging in on the Wuhan wet market theory?

A little more pragmatism and little less campaigning here would do us all some good.

Kirky, none of the reputable polls are saying that, bud.

You never fail to mystify me.
Dude polls aren't reputable. Just like inflation isn't in the 2.5% range. Stop being so gullible McFly.

Getting back to the debate, this exchange between Vance and moderator Margaret Brennan should be showcased in journalism schools that don't preach advocacy journalism. It's so apparent she wants to participate directly in the debate and disapproves of Vance's position on immigration. Her actions are even more bizarre when you consider that the agreement was there was to be no fact checking.

So, are you upset they did or did not publish anything on Hunter's laptop? And, did the Steele Dossier exist? I think so. Did the MSM treat it like it was all verified? Because the sure as hell did not.

As for the Wuhan wet market, COVID and the labs, are we really going to delve into conspiracy theories? How do you know they didn't look into it and couldn't find anything?

MSM was guilty of repeating falsehoods on the guise that it was all news. I believe initial coverage on the Steele Dossier spread based on a tertiary website reporting it as fact.

I'm only telling you that MSM is not perfect in the reporting of "verifiable facts" as your initial post seems to indicate.

Respectively I disagree...He needs to win one of Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan at the very least.

Personally I feel with his debate performance against Kamala he dug himself too much of a hole to climb out of.

The Democrats have shifted their puppet representative's policies to encourage the undecided to lean their way. And it's working.

Trump's bombastic attacking rhetoric has turned enough of his supporters away. What was once humorous and appealing is no longer. His message is stale.

After his first assassination attempt he had an opportunity to soften his image up and he reneged. Instead he ramped up the vitriol. Honestly he is clearly mentally not the same man he was when he won. The avenues to victory are there but he doesn't seem to have the capacity to seize them.

Kamala Harris with be the 47th president of the United States of America...Yikes!
If the electorate weren't buying Hillary in 2016 they surely won't be voting Harris in 2024. She has a tremendous unlikability factor. Plus she's incompetent. People can see this plain as day. I think Trump will win at least 2 of those 3 states you mention. And having JD as his running mate will definitely help sway independents and undecideds to his side.
And while I agree with you on Trump's mental state, he seems more bitter and ornery than he was in 2016 and 2020 campaigns, he's the default choice for many that are fed up and struggling in day to day life.

It was Buzz Feed that "broke" that story, and even they didn't say it was all 100% factual. I do not recall exactly how they hedged it, but some people thought it was all verified info (which the MSM never said it was). And, sadly, it was news. This came from a semi-credible source, and raised several questions about Trump, and a bunch of stupid things as well. And, while the right-wing loves to conflate it with the Mueller investigation, saying it was the catalysts....it was not.

But remember, they also wrote pieces on the Wiki Leaks info that was hacked from the Clinton campaign. But, that explains why they didn't touch Hunter's laptop OR the recent Trump campaign hacks.

Look, I'll be the first to admit the MSM makes mistakes. But, unlike these influence peddling podcasts, they admit and correct stories when the mistakes are discovered.

Amazing how it's ok to promote a Youtube right wing delusional talking head like Megyn who btw is hot but it ends there and then Skoob and you get your knickers in a knot when I bring up Youtube talking heads. Hmmmmmm. LMAO, you guys are hilarious.

Inflation was originally caused by the broken supply chains caused by the COVID shutdowns! The exuberant demand in supply as folks were coming out of lockdowns and wanted to ramp up living life again. Add in the Russians attacking Ukraine causing issues with grains and fear of oil being short and there was the start of inflation. NOW, it comes down to corporate greed and of course, what company is going to roll back prices. DO YOU really believe your cult leader will bring down the price of groceries, serious question if you have the balls to answer it. This is reality, notice I did not blame your cult leader but it sure as hell not Biden's fault or JUSTIN's fault either.

They simply move on and never look back. Or they grudgingly admit mistakes later when it is no longer relevant.

CNN has cleaned shop a bit since the last election. Rachel Maddow is an incredible conspiracist. They're are liberal columnists without a cable TV audience that are fantasmic.

We will just have to disagree. You can always find some truth or some explanation in conspiracy theories. That's how conspiracy theories stick around so long. You wrap some truth in with the bullshit.

That's what you pulled from the debate sequence I posted. Did you even watch the clip? I started the clip in the middle of the debate.

This infantile I'm going to shoot the messenger doesn't remotely make sense this time. It just happened that the I found a manageable YouTube debate clip that just happened to be from Megyn Kelly. Megyn isn't even the messenger because there ain't no message from her.

M2 Money Supply (and most mainstream economists don't lie). By the way, I blamed the Federal Reserve and central banks. Unfortunately, they are still extensions of government and often in conjunction use monetary policy to support fiscal policy.

Let's say Trump started bragging about how he brought in the vaccine with warp speed and it's the best thing since sliced bread because he gets a couple of shots a year himself. How fast and happily would the Republicans in charge try to flush loser Trump down the golden toilet at Marolago?
He's said that very same thing many times at his rallies and his party is still behind him.

You are woefully misinformed as to what is really going on.

Also the vitriolic tone of your posts necessitates me not to take you seriously.

It's kind of funny because I see people on the Left trying to put everyone in a box. People's views are more nuanced and complicated. They are not 100% homogeneous along party lines.

I guess the squeeze's post means I was wrong to get vaccinated. Republicans don't get vaccinated, you know. I could have just prayed more that I survived COVID. ;)

Where did I say MSM were liars?
Do you mean biased? Because that's what I was implying. Bias can almost be as bad as lying as far as influence.

Most MSM outlets are left leaning.

Even most of the fact checkers are left leaning:

Dude, if you see your cult leader speaking, what is their to not believe?

This is your leader, WHAT HAS YOUTUBE twisted? Listen to him and tell me he sounds like an intelligent individual. Go ahead, tell us why his word salad with nonsense dressing is articulate and well thought out.

I feel like such a nob because I actually watch videos before commenting on them. I still don't know what you're trying to say here.

I appreciate the video dump after I called out this initial post, but I never disputed that Trump says stupid things. I freely admit this. I just don't know if age is a big enough factor. He got up for two debates and didn't look cognitively impaired. As I said many times, no one and I mean no one is as sharp at 78 as they were 70. Pointing that out is not enlightening and for the many here who gaslighted us over Biden disingenuous.

Wouldn't it have just been easier if instead of digging in on this initial post, you simply admitted this was not a good example of what you were trying to point out. Then you could proceed to post your follow-up videos. We shouldn't have to mine your comment for the point you were trying to make. You should be able to present it more clearly.

I thought it was a good debate, I liked them both. But Vance is way sharper and I would worry if Waltz would become presidente.

Wyatt, Trump is clearly crazier and more senile than Biden. SMH on your post. 😟
Mandy, you can see my post just above. My response had everything to do with challenging one errant post from a prolific poster. squeeze is a big boy. He's been around the block and can defend himself.

Now our resident Islamo-Marxist actually needed your support for two years until you even got fed up with him.

I think a lot of media was trying to make Vance seem like this diabolic right-wing extremist. His responses were more thoughtful and well-articulated than even I was expecting.

We have a problem in U.S. politics now and perhaps you will have it in Canada next year. It's not enough to challenge the ideas of someone you disagree with. You have to demonize and excoriate them. I do think Trump brings a lot of this on himself. Vance to me always seemed to be a decent guy with some interesting but perhaps raw viewpoints. I don't even agree with Vance on everything.
