Doug is an excellent gage for the "official " Canadian commentariat. This morning the opinions on the Justin's war were a bit ambiguous, but as the day wore on, they became a bit more pronounced in one direction- no one really knows why Justin took this route. It is true that the demonstrators are still in Ottawa, but they were talking with the authorities there and the bridge is clear as is the Alberta's blockade. Justin's a week late and a few brain cells short. Simply, THERE IS NO CRISIS. There's nothing to warrant this course of action except HIS political survival.
