Their statement says they will move their trucks "around Parliament Hill", that means they will still barricade Wellington street I presume

you’re right, it’s nothing.
It’s a one click poll on FB from the Guelph Mercury.

the scientific poll companies don’t simply ask one click polls, they are part of 6-12 questions usually with multiple answers rather than a simple yes or no.
Voters have to be signed up members (free to join) which also gives it additional credibility because there is some level of work involved to complete the survey and to avoid people simply sharing the link with their like-minded (absent minded) friends.

It makes for interesting discussion but is otherwise worthless.

Do they ask every Canadian or just a handful whom they know will give them the answers they want.
Thanks for answering my question. You have ZERO expertise in how polls are conducted. You are in no position to question the results of this poll. Your opinion is worthless.

Just in time needs to end. It has proven to be detrimental to the economy due to its fragility. The pandemic has proven that.
So override decisions by those businesses? Sort of like the Soviet central economy?

No. But the business owners don't get to bitch when shit happens. When there is no room for error suddenly any blip is bad for business. Oh are ports stacked up? Can't get things, well guess if you had backup that wouldn't happen right? Guess maybe the Free Market system should operate with the bad as well. And not rely of govt handouts and help when their own business decisions cause misfortune.

Trudeau reportedly will invoke emergency powers. Noon deadline for truckers to go home

Nothing more historically effective than meeting challenges to government authoritarianism with more authoritarianism! LOL! What a deep thinker the Little Potato is!

Crikey, Rain-man. Is that the quality of polling you’d consider reliable?

The Mercury has less than 15,000 daily subscriptions. There were 645,000 votes in that poll, and although I haven’t lived in Guelph or read the Merc in a couple decades, I was able to vote three times this afternoon for a poll that took place last July 20.

Meanwhile, from Angus Reid today:
