I'm on Reddit often, but I've somehow missed that!I love on Reddit how they are posting "I am Spartacus."
Let me know if he is hot, I can’t watch CNN without getting indigestionCNN just now:
Police appear to be honing in on the suspect's identity
I hate to break it to you, but as a heterosexual man I cannot tell if a man is good looking or notLet me know if he is hot, I can’t watch CNN without getting indigestion
I honestly wonder if they do catch him can they get a jury to convict him? I see hung jury after hung jury.CNN just now:

dont fool us you perfectly can. The only tricky part is when you see an ugly bastard with a beauty... then its his daughter or the dude is full of cashI hate to break it to you, but as a heterosexual man I cannot tell if a man is good looking or not![]()
Of course they will convict him. 100%.I honestly wonder if they do catch him can they get a jury to convict him? I see hung jury after hung jury.
The level of police investigation is being questioned now as elitist as well. Comment sections are bipartisan in their vitriol of out distain for this CEO. Another CEO for Blue Cross is now backtracking on a new policy PUTTING TIME LIMITS ON ANESTHESIA.
This is another sign that people are done playing nice with evil corporations.
You sure? The CEO was a killer himself.Of course they will convict him. 100%.
What he did was on camera.
The jury will have to make the decision on the facts of the case which is that he murdered the CEO.
Or maybe there wont be a need for a jury if the guy were to plead guilty for a lower sentence.
Well morally yes.You sure? The CEO was a killer himself.
Jury nullification is the means by which the people of a society can send a message about injustice to its government. Considering the complete bipartisan concencus around this USA society may just be ready to send that message if given anything in the evidence to do so.Well morally yes.
Legally he is not.
And in any case killing a killer is still murder per the law.
His motive matters.Jury nullification is the means by which the people of a society can send a message about injustice to its government. Considering the complete bipartisan concencus around this USA society may just be ready to send that message if given anything in the evidence to do so.
I agree about the why. He could be a hired gun about the insider trading. His motive matters.
We dont know why yet.
We are only speculating based on what was engraved on the shell.
We also dont know if he will plead guilty.
Well I dont disagree with the poetic justice of it all.I agree about the why. He could be a hired gun about the insider trading.
But I doconsider him to be a public danger. He took him out, left a bystander alone, and caused no other disturbance. The only ones who need to worry are other sociopathic health insurance execs. It may be considered a public service to cull that herd a bit.
Imminent death, clarifying thoughts and all that.
Thank you for introducing facts.Since this thread touches on the topic of US healthcare, what's even more insane than their for-profit healthcare insurancescamsystem that is expensive and then doesn't pay out when people need it is that the US spends FAR more tax money on healthcare than any other Western country and has a much lower life expectancy.

I agree that there is a real chance of a hung jury after hung jury but there’s also a real chance of a lethal injection so chances are he’d be offered a plea to a manslaughterJury nullification is the means by which the people of a society can send a message about injustice to its government.
