But you spent a LOT of time obfuscating that position and claiming to be a non-interventionist and anti war.

...

I do give some credence to your "we shouldn't be involved with anything and only spend money at home" idea, mind you, since it dovetails as a rainbow and pony fairytale of what would happen.
I'd bet if China and Best Korea invaded South Korea just for the most horrid of reasons, he would demand the Americans remove all their troops right away and if the US sent more forces in them he would be aruging ad nasium about how they are war mongers and shouldn't be there and must leave right away because as he admits, his whole position on the world is based on his hating American foreign policy for all time. Chinese and Best Korean soldiers could start eating babies, raping livestock, burning women etc and he would be like, America is wrong because I SAID SO. And of course he would never suggest that the initial invasion by China and Best Korea is at all wrong, he would find some way to blame it on the 'mericans [oh they have units in South Korea whaa] never mind that the Korean War is under ceasefire, there was never any peace treaty and they are there as part of team UN.
He has pretty much admitted to this.

Funny how he is all isolationist... but not when it comes to aggressor states like Russia who was never under any threat by NATO expansion and like so many other bullshit claims by them was just using it as a BS justification for fellow travellers and useful idiots to grab on to.

American foreign policy is belligerent.. Therefore being anti-war and non-interventionist is very much in line with being anti-American foreign policy. There are no contradictions here.
Russia actually invaded a neighboring state in 2014 and again last year and yet you are supporting them to the hilt and opposed to any effort to stop them.

Again, you have reached Poe's Law limits, are you really that daft that you contradiction yourself while claiming no contradictions or are you just trolling us, taking this piss.
It's one thing to be on team Russia for reasons, I mean people support the Toronto Maple Laughs and even shudder, go to Justin Beiber concerts and join BTS Army when they could be BInks and Onces but don't feed this bullshit that you are anti war and non interventionist. Also the best way to avoid war is to be very interventionist, if NATO was more willing to say fuck off, there would be no war, to believe otherwise is just ignorance of history or special needs.
One could be an isolationist or even a pacifist but those people would be more willing to admit that Russia is in the wrong for invading and saying they should draw back to their borders, that isn't a contradiction either, it's foolish and unrealistic but not a contradiction.

You are either one massive contradiction, flat out lying because Russia fuck yeah or trolling.

the thing is at this point a lot of bridges have been burnt.
1. Putin is a wanted criminal.
2. Putin also declared 4 districts of Ukraine to be Russian and it's in their Constitution now. A chunk of it has not even been invaded yet including main cities there. But the leaders were appointed and here they are celebrating.

3. Russian leaders never survived a lost war. 1917 is an example of that. A weak leader will lose his throne. Any concession of 4 "new russian" districts will be seen as a loss in the war. Putin is way better off simply continuing the war until he is dead.

There is absolutely no chance of negotiating this right now, and it probably can only be negotiated if US betrays Ukes (which trump would do) or if Putin is gone one way or another.

What excuses do Putin's far right wingers on this Board justify in these most despicable acts of terrorism by the Russian Forces in Ukraine!!

Videos that appear to show Russian soldiers beheading Ukrainian soldiers posted to social media

Two videos have emerged on pro-Russian social media in the past week that appear to show Russian soldiers beheading Ukrainian soldiers. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky vowed those involved would be held accountable. CNN senior international correspondent Ben Wedeman reports from Ukraine.

Ukraine compares Russia to ISIS as beheading video circulates

Kremlin calls video 'awful,' says its authenticity needs to be checked

Ukraine compared Russia on Wednesday to ISIS and called on the International Criminal Court to investigate after a video emerged online showing apparent Russian soldiers filming themselves beheading a Ukrainian captive with a knife.

Reuters could not immediately verify the authenticity or provenance of the video on social media, which showed a man in uniform beheading a man who wears the yellow arm band used by Ukrainian soldiers.

The Kremlin described the video as "awful" but said its authenticity needed to be checked. Moscow has denied in the past that its troops have carried out atrocities during the conflict.

"There is something that no one in the world can ignore: how easily these beasts kill," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a video message.

"There will be legal responsibility for everything. The defeat of terror is necessary."

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitro Kuleba said on Twitter: "A horrific video of Russian troops decapitating a Ukrainian prisoner of war is circulating online.

"It's absurd that Russia, which is worse than ISIS, is presiding over the UNSC," he said, referring to the UN Security Council, where Russia took up the rotating presidency this month.

"Russian terrorists must be kicked out of Ukraine and the UN and be held accountable for their crimes."

Militants from Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) were notorious for releasing videos of beheadings of captives when they controlled swaths of those countries from 2014-2017.

"First of all, in the world of fakes that we live in, we need to check the veracity of this footage," Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters at a briefing in Moscow.

"Then it could be a pretext to check whether or not this is true, whether it happened, and if it did, where and by whom."

Call for investigation
Ukraine's Foreign Ministry called on the International Criminal Court to "immediately investigate yet another atrocity of the Russian military."

Ukrainian Deputy Defence Minister Hanna Maliar told people online not to name the soldier publicly until his identity has been officially established by law enforcement. She urged people to stop sharing the video online.

"Remember, the enemy wants to frighten us. Wants to make us weaker," she said.

Ukraine's domestic security agency said it had started an investigation into a suspected war crime over the video.

"Yesterday, a video appeared on the internet showing how the Russian occupiers are showing their beastly nature — cruelly torturing a Ukrainian prisoner and cutting off his head," the SBU agency wrote on Telegram.

In Geneva, the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine said it was appalled by what it called "particularly gruesome" videos posted on social media.

As well as the purported execution, another video shows mutilated bodies of apparent Ukrainian prisoners of war, it said.

"Regrettably, this is not an isolated incident," it said in a statement. "The latest incidents must also be properly investigated and the perpetrators must be held accountable."

Needs to be verified. Its not like the Ukrainians haven't committed war crimes. Oh wait, we know nothing about what Ukraine has done or not done, or how much they have lost. Right, carry on with chugging down that govt koolaid.

Good for France I guess for standing their ground? Will they do the same with Ukraine in the long run?
