No. On their birthday, everyone is one year richer in life experiences. If it doesn't feel like that, you gotta start living your life!

Yes 3 x 20 year old SPs is a good start. A bad sign is if are asleep before the first one is finished.

Piece of cake! I recommend that you do 3 hours. I’ve done 2 trios. There will be a lot going on, so you will need extra time.
