I mean, sure, the jury could find Cohen unreliable. Or, they could see the evidence that has been presented, that Cohen's testimony validates. And, I'm not sure @Travis_for_Trump is a legal scholar....Sor, him thinking the case is over is probably just more cult member wishful thinking...
I still don't understand the defence's theory though. What are they trying to sell the jury? That Cohen took a loan and paid hush money on his own accord and not expected to be paid back? That he actually has been providing genuine legal services @$35k/month for months and months while there is zero proof of those services and trump would have had it? None of that shit holds any water
