Trump : Palestinians, please move out of GAZA. We (USA) will clean it up and make it the Riviera of the middle east. Then you can come back.

Elon has clearance and doesn't make the decision. He's working as an adviser. You may not like it but that's the way it is.
You have no idea what Elon is doing, do you?
I mean, that must be why there have been so many court orders insisting he stop what he is doing, right?
After all, as an advisor, he couldn't be doing anything, so why is it the courts have to keep telling him to stop?

‘This is reality. Biden, Harris and the Dems handed this to Trump with a bow on it. Who, pray tell, financed and armed the genocide and left a wasteland ? Who provided every tool and diplomatic cover for the genocide? Who provided air defense when POS Nation didn’t have the means of defending its genocide?

The idea of ethnically cleansing Gaza was floated long before Trump came to power and occurred during the Biden administration.
What do you think Trump would have done if he was in power instead of Biden?

It will be halted if the budget for border security was funneled for sesame Street in Iraq.. or you think it's ok?
Apparently you do, though?

You have been arguing in support of Musk and Trump's ability to ignore what funds were budgeted for and redirect them at their own whim.
So are you opposed to budgets being redirected or are you only opposed to money going to things you don't like?

Nah I doubt that can happen. I think the money is held in treasury and transferred in tranches during the budget year anyway. So USAID will not get 50B in the bank day 1 of the FY anyway. The executive of USAID will have to request the transfer and I don't think Samantha Power is in any mood to play ball with Trump.
Of course it can happen.
It just can't happen legally.
(Under current interpretation of the law.)

I'm not sure why you're having trouble with this.

Is it about like? Not need? Does Iraq need sesame street? Do sri Lankan journalists need lessons for using pronouns? We can go back and forth....one thing stays...your stance is...keep the funds flowing no matter how ridiculous the purpose is...my stance is...freeze until they weed out useless programs that don't benefit anyone...

I have no idea…nor am I interested in helping launder Biden’s image with retroactive fantasies that blur the historical record.

But would Trump (and the over the moon with joy POS Nation) be pushing this ethnic cleansing if Biden hadn’t been a full partner (in just about every conceivable angle) in the resulting genocide and apocalyptic destruction of Gaza?

This the absolute shame of our time.

Good, I am glad you agree he is violating court orders and is trying to get as much done in advance to make them functionally moot.
We just disagree whether abuse of power by the executive is good or bad.

Being stopped or halted bu the courts doesn't mean he did something illegal...

Absolutely he would have.
He would have completely removed all restraints on Israel, cracked down on protests with police and the national guard, cozied up with the likes of Itamar Ben Gvir, brought back the travel ban on Muslims....
By any objective measure Trump is a worse choice for both Muslims and the Palestinian cause.

You didn’t answer my question. You just answered your own question about what Trump would have done if he had been in power instead of Biden.

What I meant was that he wouldn't just be pushing ethnic cleansing now, but he would have pushed for ethnic cleansing had he been in power on October 7.
That is unless you are meaning to say that he wouldn't be pushing ethnic cleansing now, had Biden forced the Israelis to not attack Gaza at all and had acquiesced to the demands of Hamas.
There is no version of reality where that would happen after an attack like October 7.

Right.
You don't like the things you think the money is being spent on and are willing to tolerate lawbreaking to stop it.

Lots of people don't like foreign aid - I think surveys of the US population repeatedly show it should be no more than 10% of the Federal budget.

We can go back and forth....one thing stays...your stance is...keep the funds flowing no matter how ridiculous the purpose is...my stance is...freeze until they weed out useless programs that don't benefit anyone...
Right.
Your stance is "freeze everything, regardless of the harm it causes people and despite the fact it is an illegal impoundment by the executive".

My stance is "if you don't like something, change it democratically and legally".

Elon could have made a list of programs he considered "wasteful" and then submitted them to be stopped.
But that's not what was done, now was it?

Dude, seriously?

I can see right through this. It's a renoviction attempt writ large. Once they are gone they are gone.

But at this point it's pretty much inevitable. Trump was stupid to lay it out like that. Now the local governments have to weigh in. When it was just Israel, and gradually, the Arab on the Street wasn't that motivated. They don't really like the Palestinians anyway so were willing to look the other way.

The Golan Heights, due to Syria, is now in Israrli hands and likely won't be handed back. The West Bank is steadily being taken, and will likely be taken outright in about 10-15 years on the outside. And now they will take the top 5-7 miles of the Gaza strip until the excuse of munitions removal and set up a new border wall. 3-5 years of that and the new settlements will encroach setting off another round of fighting.

Now though it's a riling up. Trump should have kept his mouth shut.
