I asked a simple question. Why do you blame voters instead of Biden and Harris?
Harris vs Trump.
Who should pro-Palestinians choose?
I asked a simple question. Why do you blame voters instead of Biden and Harris?
Why is choosing neither not an option to you?I asked a simple question.
Harris vs Trump.
Who should pro-Palestinians choose?
Because your choices as is are Hitler vs Hitler Lite. Why is choosing neither not an option to you?
How can you expect to ever get to the greater good by only voting for the lesser evil?I asked a simple question.
Harris vs Trump.
Who should pro-Palestinians choose?
Because there is nothing called the greater good. How can you expect to ever get to the greater good by only voting for the lesser evil?
Yes, there is, FDR a s an example achieved it with Social Security and the New Deal. Lyndon Johnson with the Civil Rights Act and Medicare. Trudeau Sr. With the Constitution and Charter of rights. Our own Universal Healthcare System.Because there is nothing called the greater good.
Better yes.Yes, there is, FDR a s an example achieved it with Social Security and the New Deal. Lyndon Johnson with the Civil Rights Act and Medicare. Trudeau Sr. With the Constitution and Charter of rights. Our own Universal Healthcare System.
The Magna Carta. And many more.
You have just shown, in the clearest terms, the problem. When you don't expect better and strive for it, you will never achieve it.
I have found that greater good is not achieved incrementally, but by leaps. It's the banality of evil, slow erosion that comes with small steps. The New Deal came out of the Depression, Magna Carta was forced, the French Revolution toppled the aristocracy, the USA Revolution created the US Constitution. More micro abortion rights, gay marriage come not from politicians but fighting in the courts and a sudden change as a result.Better yes.
Better is incremental steps composed of compromises. They are never perfect.
The greater good could be the aspirational goal though, I'll give you that.
And in this context of Israel/Palestine, what greater good can be accomplished for the Palestinians by voting in a fucking Nazi who proposes ethnic cleansing?
Your prognostication on how this conflict will end does not matter.I have found that greater good is not achieved incrementally, but by leaps. It has been in times of crisis, of things becoming bad, that people are truly ready to take a chance for change, and the rulers realize the jig is up.
In the case of Gaza and the Israeli/Palestinian conflict, there will not be a peace deal, just a winnercand a liser. But out of that will come the end of the conflict.
The only other option is a perpetual war. Neither side is going to give. That in my opinion is a far worse option.
So blame the dems for picking hitler lite.Because your choices as is are Hitler vs Hitler Lite.
Choosing neither, and choosing Hitler both get you Hitler.
If that is what you want for yourself, and your fellow Muslims, then you'd have to make peace with it when Hitler predictably suggests ethnic cleansing.
Palestinians don't vote in US elections.Your prognostication on how this conflict will end does not matter.
The definition of greater good differs based on who you ask.
We are talking about Palestinians and pro-Palestinians.
Their goal or their definition of greater good is Palestinian statehood.
With that goal in mind, who should they have chosen?
The answer is clear that it should have been the lesser of the two evils, which is Harris.
By voting for Trump to punish Harris, they fucked up and now the guy is calling for ethnic cleansing.
You think Harris wouldn't have continued full support of Israel?Your prognostication on how this conflict will end does not matter.

The left will never learn...labelling someone you don't like as "hitler"..the meltdown doesn't disappoint...lol...Trump just got another high approval rating .eat that.Your prognostication on how this conflict will end does not matter.

What trump is doing will seriously screw up the US.The left will never learn...labelling someone you don't like as "hitler"..the meltdown doesn't disappoint...lol...Trump just got another high approval rating .eat that.
I am talking about pro-Palestinians.Palestinians don't vote in US elections.
They can choose either to live under apartheid, use force to resist the illegal occupation or use international law and political pressure.
Israel is a rogue state that ignores the law and political pressure at the UN with the backing of the US.
Then you call them terrorists when they use force to resist the illegal occupation.
What do you think they could have or should have done?
That isn't the question. So blame the dems for picking hitler lite.
Don't blame voters who won't vote for any form of hitler.
Why would anyone vote for any form of a hitler?
He is far right and cozies up with Nazis who do Nazi salutes. The left will never learn...labelling someone you don't like as "hitler"..the meltdown doesn't disappoint...lol...Trump just got another high approval rating .eat that.
Either way they lose. To say otherwise is ridiculous. You just need to admit that. Harris clearly refused to separate himself from the existing policy.I am talking about pro-Palestinians.
They should have voted Harris.
That isn't the question.
It is not about the Dems or their candidate.
It is about what choice should pro-Palestinians have made?
One of those little things about representative democracy is that the individual voter does not get a line veto on any item of government spending they dislike. So spending millions of dollars on gender fluid interpretive dance classes in Kazakhstan is inherently good and worth spending the money on?

No, nobody who supports Palestinian rights could vote for the party paying for and aiding genocide.I am talking about pro-Palestinians.
They should have voted Harris.
80/20That isn't the question.

You still cannot comprehend that I'm denouncing all forms of terrorism and killings whether it is Hamas or Irgun or the present IDF. I know that you are the one who will give Irgun a pat on the back as well as make excuses for the IDF's indiscriminate bombings and killings of women and children. Let us hear you condemn those killings as you are the one that is making a clown out of yourself with your baseless and amateurish deflections!!So now you have more justifications for the Oct.7 terrorist attack which, you previously said that you condemn. But this time you are resorting to "whataboutism". Your hollow worded condemnation of Oct.7 is getting weaker and weaker and is now bordering on laughable. Why don't you just cut to the chase right now and say that you praise hamas for Oct.7, instead of just inching your way there.
