According to the mitch meter trump is almost finished.
The number of mitch posts is directly proportional to the panic in MAGA.

As the American economy and trade policy goes, so Canada goes. As American foreign policy goes, so goes Canada's foreign policy due to our vital economic ties. Any adult knows that.
That is beyond obvious, however not always necessarily the case. I hope you get your information from sources other than Twitter.
But really, how does it affect YOU?
Actually forget it, waste of my time and energy debating with brainwashed cult members.

Oblivion

Notice the media are NOT celebrating Kamala Harris as a brilliant orator, super-smart statesman with unprecedented leadership qualities, and an unparalleled record of achievement and unmatched experience, because they can't. That's why she is playing hide-and-seek with the American people not just with the media's support but at their behest.
Trump is FAR from being a brilliant orator, super-smart statesman but does have unprecedented leadership qualities in so far as his MAGA base worships his every word and holds him as being a demigod and the last great white hope. Other GOP members hold Trump in contempt but either do not dare to challenge or him support because they will never vote for the Democrats for many reasons. Trump is an incoherent speaker, charlatan and conman for whom his base simply cannot get enough of, so they put their faith in every word he says yet he has difficulty debating at an adult level.

There is a revolution happening now, which is so far relatively peaceful, groups like the Trucker Convoy insurrectionists, the January 6 uprising, NF protests in France and now the recent riots and attacks in the UK. These groups use terms like “woke” and ” immigration “ as euphemism to hide their racism, bigotry and intolerance. If Trump looses, expect his MAGA base to engage in some sort of major civil unrest.

Your seat may a little further from the table than some other posters here. That's probably why you don't understand why some people follow American politics more closely than you do. They see the impact on the Canadian economy and on their own businesses. EVERYONE experiences the consequences, but not everyone tries to understand what the causes are and/or makes plans to avoid problems.

Typical reply. Presume they know everything
I didn’t expect much more. 🤣

You'll probably never know much more. My only advice to you is to look both ways before you cross the street. You don't seem very interested in your surroundings.

his MAGA base
Any time I see a reference to Trump's "base" I know what I read next will be a denial of reality.

The truth is that every politician and every political party has the support of a combination of: 1) devout followers (often referred to as "the base"), 2) People who genuinely support the politician's or party's entire platform for reasons unrelated to the persona of the leader, 3) people who support most but not all of the politician's or party's platform, 4) people who could just never stomach voting for the opposition under any circumstances, 5) and those who support out of unprincipled self interest (looking for a job in the administration, hoping for a future leadership role, looking for a government contract, etc.).

There is NO DIFFERENCE between the GOP and Dems in this respect, yet the media and their subscribers talk about this as if it is a phenomenon unique to Trump and his supporters. It isn't. Period.

And....what does Catturd think they did? Those are factual headlines about Trumps meandering conversation where he repeatedly lied about shit. And Musk is not a journalist, he's now a fart catcher for Trump. He didn't push back, he basically was like....you're so great and smart Mr. Trump....blah.

The reality, I doubt this is something that will move the needle. Independents probably won't be swayed by this hollow example of a "interview," MAGAts will still support Trump, and this isn't making anyone from the Dems switch sides...
