No offense again, but you are not saying anything specifically. Yeah, there are grey zones and most of them don't amount to illegality.

Another prominent member recently made the almost child-like argument I'm fine with going after Trump people because rich people get away with too much. This is the age-old many rich people are bad sentiment. Clearly, this about getting Trump as this case is unprecedented. In other words, no other "rich" people are being prosecuted for such matters. It would be naive to think that these situations don't exist elsewhere. We also know this Trump appraisal situation existed before Trump was President.

In any event, it doesn't matter how any of us feel about this. The court decision will likely be overturned or retried. The large fine will not stand.
We would be much better off as a society if there was no billionaires.

As for Trump, it`s simple. He is a dangerous narcissist bully imbecile. I cannot, for the life of me, understand why one can be such an idiot to vote for that human piece of shit.

Other than that I am a nice guy haha

Trump's lawyers asked Judge Engoron to allow them to file a "counter judgment" to negotiate the judgment down. That's not how judgments work. This and Donald asking for more time can only mean one thing: Trump doesn't have the money to pay the judgment.

Now even DeSantis who endorsed Trump last month, his expressing his concerns of Trump's second term:

For sure many more Republicans will follow suit as Trump is becoming a huge liability, even though he has a sizeable faction of that party who are brainwashed into supporting him, no matter what!!

I’m having a little trouble ( not really) understanding something here.

Trump. Where we don’t vote.
gets a loan for a piece of property that “under valued”. A judge says bad boy, you’ve defrauded tax payers. I want $400 million. True or not, doesn’t matter. Let’s just go with true.

our country where we vote.
JT lowers the boom on tax payers that over stayed their welcome. Breaks the highest laws we have. He’s the best we got, he’s great and he’s not to blame.

JT defrauds tax payers of 300 million by over valuing an app and a couple of con men in a cottage. Hey no problem, he’s great let’s re elect him.

And that’s all just, in the past 3 weeks. Hollywood couldn’t make this shit up :)
