Never got to Moscow but I can say the women in St. Petersburg are smoking. Can't tell you how many times I almost got creamed by traffic trying to check out these hotties.
I'd substitute Saint-Petersburg for Moscow.
I find it hard to believe that Los Angles is number five (I think they must have been drinking at the time).
I know it will swell Danmand's head but I'd swap Copenhagen and Stockholm.

From my own experience I would add Singapore to the list. It's a country but it's small enough to be a city. Saw nothing but the best looking girls when I was there. They seem to thrive on looking good.

I have to agree with Caracas, Venezuela. Their list of Ms. World or Ms. Universe puts all other countries combined to shame! Don't forget their neighbors in Colombia. They have this singer....stars with a SH....

Buenos Aeris
Buenos Aeries certainly should be up there. If you ever go not only are the women on the street beautiful but take in a tango show to see what a real dance is all about.
If in BA go to the corner of La Valle and Florida (they are two streets made into pedestrian malls) to see the tango show set up for the tourists. The women are beautiful and incredibly sexy!!!!! Good I won't be back for a few months what a sham.

Everywhere else
Well, this is what I find as well. In all my travels in Europe and Latin America, women are totally approachable. Even if they're married and won't have anything to do with you, they'll still have a conversation with you and never be rude about it. Latino women, be it Buenos Aires, Caracas, Lima, or wherever, are the only women with 3 DNA's in them. The indigenous Aztec, Maya or Inca, the European French, Spanish or Portuguese and then throw in some African blood from the past history of each country. That's as exotic as you get! Then you get the sweetness, the patriarchal upbringing and an inherent sense of femininity...well, there you go! Even here in Toronto, approaching women from ancient cultures such as Latino, Asian, South Asian, European, is always a way safer and better bet than North American Women. Gorgeous Indeed!!
