Most beautiful woman I ever saw was a bank manager in Keflavik Iceland. Most of the women in Iceland were astounding and approachable.

I prefer the Montreal women....but of all the cities I've been in, Sweden is by far the best place to be, for watching and meeting women!

From my own experience I would add Singapore to the list. It's a country but it's small enough to be a city. Saw nothing but the best looking girls when I was there. They seem to thrive on looking good.

As far as I know, better looking ones tend to be non-Singaporen. Ex-pats or on Visa. The few gems are mixed Thai, Malay, Chinese, E.Indian, sometime European father for the height & white skin-tone. ie: few recent Miss Singapore.
