Lots of reasons.
From the lack of Federally regulated gun control, to some GC measures, right up to and including the social unrest in the US, the lack of social values, taxation for things like healthcare. Education, inner city poverty, youth at risk.

A ) Are you struggling with the fact that is the US and not Canada? Can you not recall grade school and learning to read a map? So what does that have to do with the price of tea in China. Typical leftie.

B ) Can you not stop moving the goal post because you’re making yourself look foolish. And have no pertinent, relevant ammunition to the topic except brain farts... Typical leftie.

C ) Answer the question, coward. Why was he out on bail in the first place.

Obviously completely lost on you. I can answer your deflections, and drivel. You…not so much..

Do yourself a favour. If you want to pick a fight. Don’t come with blanks. Have some ammunition.

Again. Yes or no. It’s a binary question. Black or white.

Do blacks commit a disproportionate amount of violent crime( gun crimes)? Yes or no!

The rest of your blowing smoke, is about addressing “the root cause”. Looking for solutions. Your as bad as the liberals in the house.

It sure appears they do, shootings, stabbings, violent car jackings, robberies. Turn on CityPanic 24 and it`s a parade of black faces, easily the vast majority of those crimes. I watch news from LA, Boston and SeaTac, same deal, probably even more so .And that is exactly where Toronto is going.

You forgot.

What did we do about drinking/driving.

None of them have had the backbone to answer that either.

Toronto police have arrested a man in relation to the daytime shooting that killed a Leslieville mother in a daytime shooting last week.

Police said Thursday they have charged 32-year-old Damian Hudson, of Toronto with second-degree murder in the shooting that took place on July 7 at Queen Street East and Carlaw Avenue.

Police were called to the area last week just before 12:30 p.m. for reports of a shooting and said three people had been involved in a verbal and physical altercation before shots were fired.

One person, identified at first only as a woman in her forties, was struck by a stray bullet.

Life-saving efforts were attempted, police have said, and the woman was rushed to a Toronto trauma centre, but was ultimately pronounced dead.

Kudos to police.

They are still looking for two more suspects.

I guess Mr. thug life surrendered peacefully and not get in a gun fight with police, filled with bullets would have been a better outcome.

Where is the death penalty or at least true life sentence?

It's nice they've caught one of the alleged suspects and they'll likely catch the other two. But I think it's going to unfold something like this, when it goes to trial 2-3 years from now.

- No weapons recovered so they don't know which gun fired the bullet that killed the woman.
- Lawyers will argue it wasn't their client who shot her.
- Perps plea to a lesser charge.
- Given 2 for 1 for pretrial custody.
- Sentenced to minimal time.
- Released on parole in a year or two.
- Back on streets to resume their life of crime.

Based on previous cases, I have every right to be cynical.

And once again...I stand by " bullet in the head" for this useless parasite. I have a friend who was the next door neighbor of the woman and her two teen kids that were murdered by a steroided out murderous asshole in Ajax a few years ago, she saw him fleeing the scene in his deceased ex-GF`s vehicle. It hit hard when I saw my friends home on the news, live, milling with scores of cops and EMS. She told me recently that did unimaginable damage to that community that doesn`t go away. Why do we allow countless good and productive people to have to witness the farce in the way these criminal shitbags are treated for years following? Harden up Canada, restorative justice should mean reverted to dust and ash.

Damian Hudson, 32, of Toronto, is charged with second-degree murder in the July 7 shooting of Karolina Huebner-Makurat.
A source tells the Sun that Hudson was convicted for a 2018 stabbing and served 14 months dead time and 15 months after conviction.

The sources also says Hudson was charged with assault causing bodily harm at the Bloor-Yonge TTC station and assault at Kennedy Station, both in 2021.
Those charges are still before the courts and he was out on bail, the source says.

A Toronto Police spokesperson confirmed Hudson was on two release orders and three firearm prohibitions when arrested in Huebner-Makurat’s slaying.

The wokies will argue he had a hard life growing up and that should mitigate his sentence if convicted.

Your phony empathy for the victim, and outrage for the crime is not lost on anybody. This is just an opportunity for you to express all of your racism for black people. All you wanted is a reason, now you have it. Good job. There is a reason why the law and the authorities do not take the likes of your ilk seriously.
Park your woke, virtue signaling willful blindness and face reality. I have a black friend of many years and he is endlessly distraught over what he sees daily and the state of black culture and community.
