Use to frequent the spruce and tanglewood, occasionally the Royal, would like to say I too was underage but that would be a fib a large fib. Tanglewood was my favorite, out of the way, seldom packed. Girls weren't always the youngest or the prettiest, but they were friendly. Good memories!

I came to Oshawa in 1987 my one and only time at the spruce was a eye opener considering the person I went with said that it was the best club in Whitby and Oshawa.
We walk in to a bar that needed to phone rent a crowd because it was completely empty. the waitress came and took our order and Im sorry but she was ugly, over weight with a gallbladder scare running across her stomach, she just wasn't attractive at all. We hear the music start, she rushes over, give us our drinks and then tells us that thats her music and she has to go on stage.
Yup she was the feature...never went back and smack my buddy

Bunnies used to set the standard in the strip club industry. Me and my buddies from all over Ontario used to meet at that location on a late Friday evening, and it was really party time especially late on during the early hours of Saturday morning. When that night club sprung up next door, it was even more of blast. However, towards the end the owners got more and more greedy, as not only were they raising their rates for the door fees and alcohol, but even charging a parking fee, even if you did not drive there. Their greed only served to destroy them. It is also over a decade since I have been to the Royal. Yes, I remember the club having very poor maintained washrooms, and generally no attractive waitresses. There were some gorgeous dancers, but the VIP was lousy and did not have any privacy of any sort.

To make it even worse, he took me to the second best strip club, yup, you guessed it.....Tanglewood. And yes he and everyone he told had a great laugh.

If you are asking if it is still open it was last month. Weekend nights are better than week days from a selection point of view. I think it is cheaper to see an MPA or a SP.

Anyone recall the Spruce in whitby, I was underage then. $2.50 for a beer, $5 for a dance and handjobs where free in the back corner if you stayed for 4 dances lmao those where the day.

Okay, often out east to golf & was thinking of someplace to stop in for a couple after & take in the sights, but if it's that horrible, I'll pass, I guess.

Not a fan of the Royal or the many intimidating black drug dealers that frequent there. Myself, being a very good looking and well-dressed guy in my mid-30's has always been a target for dancers to approach me and for that I'm not complaining but it's the black drug dealers that act like they own these girls and watching they're every move makes it awkward and uncomfortable. Now, the Nine O Five club in Pickering is an upscale venue that is worth the cover and the unreasonably priced drinks. Downside is the VIP section requires bottle service and that isn't the issue so much as the VIP section is generally empty. There is also a lot of diverse ethnicities if your into that, if not I've still managed to find a few good quality dancers in that place.

I would however, avoid Amateur Night on Wednesdays.... unless you're into watching a bunch of ghetto girls who can't work the pole competing for a $500 door prize. Altho i can say I've been to a few of them and if you're into watching girls do some undeniably raunchy things like drink horse semen or fuck themselves with rubber fists for an extra $250 then this is right up your alley haha!

Overall, Nine O Five is the only classy strip club in Durham Region that i would highly recommend.

I went to the Royal in late august on a Saturday, late night, first and only time. I gave up on strip clubs 7 years ago when I would go to what was then The Palace East in Pickering (or was it Secrets East?). It's now the Nine-oh-five but back when it was the Palace, it was a dead zone with mostly low quality talent. Once I transitioned to MPs and SPs, the cost of a private dance just didn't seem worth it anymore and I gave up. But for some reason I felt compelled on this August night to get my motor running at the Royal before spending my money in a hotel room.

On walking in to the Royal, I was initially not shocked by the grungy old bouncer they had at the front to give me a pat down. He was friendly enough though and that's the business so c'est la vie. After the pat down I turned in to the club and, much to my surprise, the place was stocked with guests. Not capacity, but by no means the empty Salt Flats that I was accustomed to at the Palace. Even more to my dismay, there was a stunning brunette on the stage with an outstanding body writhing around on the floor. What magical place am I just now discovering?

I sat at the stage with a beer. I don't drink but I know the customs of these places, so I picked up a bottle and let it sit in front of me so that I wasn't getting a free show. Being not even 30 years old and alone, I was chum in the water for the roaming strippers. 3 approached me in 20 minutes. An aggressive but attractive black girl with big fake tits, a less attractive and older latina, and then a beautiful young mulatto girl who was stacked to the rafters. The temptation to take this girl for a dance was almost too strong, but I didn't have a dollar to spare thanks to the hotel date with an SP I had coming up. I begrudgingly rejected her offer before I lead her on for too long and she was gone in a flash. I bailed quickly after to go to see my SP.

the beautiful Nikki Klass invited me there one night 2 yrs ago after we had an encounter in my office. I was pleasantly surprised with the great looking girls there. I had a few dances with Nikki. I don't think back then she mentioned that she worked there to her clients.
