Isn't the right remedy a special election, if you can't tell who should have won?
I am not talking about remedy. I am talking about the fact that he is spewing bold lies to his people who are dumb or evil enough to be happy about it, which should tell you (but doesn't) that maybe it's good to not be one of his people.

I would not want the free world to be led by someone who so clearly disrespects the people he is supposed to lead. You would be happy with it.

Hey D oven, can you explain why the same Powell was disowned by Rudy and his team of lawyers and is now going out on her own.
Not sure why this matters to your evaluation of the evidence, but I can imagine a few possible reasons. Could be that Rudy's team were not privy to the affavadits that Powell had gathered and vetted and didn't want to appear to vouch for them. Could be that they just didn't want her arguments to get confused with theirs. Could be that they want her case to go first, as a matter of strategy. You'd have to ask Rudy.

Hugo Chavez who died in 2013, is being brought up in these elections?? You can see the ignorance and how the alt right platforms induce this brainwashed segments into your head. So you are saying that this will be a game changer. Will warm up my popcorn just like I did in the James Fields case so we can see who has the last laugh!!
Her reference to Chavez was simply historical leading to her claims as to the current ownership and direction of Dominion/Smartmatic, and this chain of control of the company also neatly explains why the vulnerabilities of their system have never been fixed despite being the reason why states like Texas won't buy their product.

You have not come across Thesaurus Dictionary and the Synonym for "Period" from your arguments. Maybe you should do some research in this respect!!
Were you having a menstrual cycle or travelling in time? I take back the kudos.

You are desperately trying to make up some ridiculous excuses when Powell actually accused the CIA of being complicit in these so called "rigged elections". Rudy and her are the biggest liars and we will see where this case goes rather than to disrupt or try to delay the nominations. I do not have to ask Rudy who has got his panties in a twist in recent times, since he was nominated as Trump's legal attorney!!

Her reference to Chavez was simply historical leading to her claims as to the current ownership and direction of Dominion/Smartmatic, and this chain of control of the company also neatly explains why the vulnerabilities of their system have never been fixed despite being the reason why states like Texas won't buy their product.
The CIA and other Intel Agencies have probably vetted The Dominion equipment in light of the foreign interference in the past. Otherwise, why will they categorically put out a statement that these elections were the most Secure, Free, fair and Safe ones ever. Is that the only reason why she came up with that outrageous statement that the CIA were also involved with the rigging of these elections. Something she maybe asked to testify under oath??[/QUOTE]

Maybe you should take a break and go through a Grammar Class if you think that The Thesaurus Synonyms are supposed to not sink with our modern era. Do not need your kudos!!

Texas was speculating when their IT consultants advised them about the vulnerabilities of the Dominion/Smartmatic system?

Here's a simple question for you. If you were buying a used car, and your mechanic told you that in his professional opinion the engine was about to seize, would you dismiss the advice as speculation? After all, you can't REALLY be sure until it happens, right?

How about a security system for your office? If your IT consultant said that it may be possible to override your system by hacking, would you choose that system? If you did install the system, and if there was a theft from the office, could you ever be confident that it must have been someone who had authorized access, or someone improperly given access by someone who was authorized?

I'll provide the answer you won't want to give in a straightforward way. No one would trust the equipment that a reliable expert had analyzed with these vulnerabilities. If their opinion is sound (meaning uncontradicted by more persuasive expert opinion), States were wrong to use equipment and software that was not reliable as well as being incapable of being conclusively audited. Without even wondering about the motivations of bureaucrats who would subject citizens to such insecure systems, it's reasonable that a candidate and those who voted for him would have no confidence in such equipment. You can hardly claim there has been a "free and fair election" if reasonable people could lack confidence in the results.
You can posit all the hypotheticals you like. The indisputable fact, and by fact i mean something that is demonstrably observable or provable, is that every court so far has found there has been no evidence of fraud etc. The equipment you are challenging was tested and found to be reliable. Instead of challenging the conclusion your fearless leader then denigrates his own officials and all of the men and women who serve their country in those agencies and thereby does greater harm to the institutions . Really quit parhelic and more parhelic that people attempt to defend him rather than calling him out for the loser that he is.

So you agree that the man is a piece of shit, but you feel that if it helps to keep the peasants in check, it's all fine and dandy. Are you a little bit disgusted with yourself at least sometimes?

In your "heart", are those hundreds of everyday Americans who provided affidavits to his counsel, and to the counsel of other litigants, as well as the expert witnesses who have also provided affidavits, all liars?
Of course not. It is quite obvious on reading the affidavits that many people are being completely honest and just wildly ignorant. There are some whose entire testimony is "I thought they were mean to me". Others clearly don't understand the process of the audit. Outside of some of the experts who seem like they could be just bad actors, the majority of these people are offering honest, if irrelevant, testimony.

We've gone past the point where you can pretend it's all bluster and no evidence. You have to deal with the evidence now. Why is it all wrong?
Have you read it? The affidavits are mostly pointless, as I said above. Some of the experts have redacted names and so have to be dismissed. A number are claiming mathematical proofs that don't seem to hold up. Others have weird hedging about their credentials.

I haven't read every single thing in detail but the vast majority of this is padding proving nothing, barely even hinting about proving something.

You focus on Newmax, Oan, and guaranteed based on your posts Qanon.
Your posts are good blend of the wacky pointlessness of Beaver mixed with the wildly off-base presumptuousness of Frank. You've found a nice niche here.

Just as likely, you're all the same poster.

Actually I think Trump's policies are very middle class friendly, but I also think middle class friendly policy is good for everyone. Is Trump a good man? Of course not, and neither is Biden.

Dude, your posts seem to be from a character from the Trailer Park Boys.

Stop following far right-wing fake bullshit nonsense and maybe you might come out of the swamp.

Curly was never that political, Squeezer. He'd be off on the pooning board reviewing a PSE orgy he had with several ladies and Larry and Moe in the hot tub VIP room at Pure Spa.

Frank, here's some free advice. If you ever retain a lawyer who tells you "I'm going to file this court filing late, because I need to correct some spelling errors", fire that lawyer.
Bud, when you buy a used car next, take it to a mechanic and have it inspected before you pay for it.

You bought a lemon from a conman.

With the new batch of affidavits, did Rudy get rid of all the ones that used numbers from MInnesota but said they were Michigan?

Did they get rid of all the spam affidavits as well?

Some masochist poli sci guy is analysing the MI Kraken in painful detail and mocking its shittiness, incompetence, ethical breaches, repeated sadshit typos and general pathos in an endless, detailed thread on Twitter.

Skimmed through it, but did note that one of Trumpo's leading attorneys in MI actually recently was jailed for 30 days for Contempt of Court and has a 2.8 (out of 10) rating for competence.

I'm guessing that Dutch will claim have a low ethical professionalism rating and doing 30 days for contempt is a sign of a top notch attorney, along with all those typos.

Those are some pretty stupid errors, but isn't this the thing that's more serious?

That's an impressive list. A lot of those elements are also problems in the GA filing, since some of it is just cut and paste from there.
