After a 10 year court battle, the docks neighbours finally lost their liquor license for breaking city noise bylaws. Where are all the people fucked up on E and GHB gonna hang out now. On a positve note, my boat parties should dramatically increase.
Residents WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY before the club, how could you not know this???stacey4u2luv said:After this some other residents may start complaining about other clubs. I think that is crummy for club owners. I wonder who was there first the club or the residents because in my opinion when you buy property you know if you buy it around a club or not and can chose where you reside and who really wants to party in a quiet place it just goes hand in hand together.
Maybe, but I'm sure that when they built the docks the city promised and gave them a liqour license. So if I was the docks I would sue the city for lost income.Cobster said:Residents WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY before the club, how could you not know this???
Wont hold up in court, they were given a liquor license on the condition they held their noise decibel level to a fixed number.Meister said:Maybe, but I'm sure that when they built the docks the city promised and gave them a liqour license. To a minimum, indeed. But like how ?Esco! said:I'm guessing they'll get their license back on appeal with the strict condition they keep noise to a minimum.
