Vaccines give some protection against variants similar to those in the vaccine and no, SARS-2 is much more stable than the flu. I could post a bunch of studies but you'll just ignore them.

Not true. Health Canada is also currently reviewing different Covid vaccine trial results. And they will independently need to approve it. Its fair to say if FDA approves one that Health Canada will probably fast track approval of the same vaccine.

You didnt even read my post, did you?? I've been saying the exact same thing, for masks to really work everyone needs to wear N95 masks, not those flimsy things people are wearing now.

i live on the paranoia that surrounds vaccines. I get a flu shot every year and the more paranoia that surrounds getting the shot - the easier it is to get mine. Sadly the conspiracy wackos were falling down on the job lately and it was harder to get this mine year. I got it, no pain, no chills - I couldn't even tell you which arm got the shot the day after.

When the COVID vaccine is introduced - I may not be the first in line - I will do a little research (not FOX, CNN, etc) and I will take the vaccine when I feel confident that it was not rushed. I was hoping conspiracy paranoia will help me get my shot.

My concern is that the spring was a COVID grazing blow that saw the government resources and everybody's patience drained. If we are getting the full COVID frontal - I think it will dig in deeper before it is taken seriously. If it really takes a toll over the next few months, demand for the COVID vaccine could grow exponentially. The vaccine can't be produced/ released in a day - maybe there will be a run on storage facilities. I hope you wacko conspiracy wingnuts are up to the challenge ! We the sane are relying on you !
