I do talk about my clients but not the way clients typically think I do. I have referred clients to other girls and when I see said girl I will usually let her know to expect a call from that client. Then I'll say something like "he's nice, about mid-thirties, likes red wine and likes to talk a bit, you'll like him" that's about it. Girls don't generally get caught up in the details of a call. Like Gen said it's the stuff that helps a girl get comfortable so that she can relax.
Since I duo I will let my duo partners know a lot more but that's different, they need to know the pertinent details of an upcoming encounter. As an example if I am doing a duo with Deme and it's a client I've already seen I will usually call her in advance and give her a basic rundown of what to expect. This is to try and make sure things go smooth, so I might let her know that he's a "Safe-BFE" or maybe he is submissive and likes mild S&M or lots of dirty talk.
With other girls I'd never say those kinds of things because what one client does with me is not necessarily what they will do with her. A duo is different though and my duo partner is like my SO, I need to talk to her more than I would any girl at the agency or in the industry.
FYI the reverse is true too, when I see a client and he asks questions about my duo partners I will answer questions about her and what to expect during an encounter that I will not answer in regards to other girls that I don't duo with.

Some ladies do but I figured out a long time ago I am not going to please everyone and I'm better off seeing those I have a good time with than trying to hold on to every client no matter how good or bad our time is. One person would go crazy trying to be everything to everyone so instead I prefer to focus on the people that I can truly enjoy my time with and vice versa.
If more ladies learned to work together and recommend clients to the girls they would connect with then this industry would be much easier for you the client and in turn for the ladies as they'd meet the clients they are suited for. We all know that doesn't happen so obviously jealousy and industry competition is prevalent but there are quite a few people and agencies that do not operate that way.
