Trump's point was a talking point of liberals 10 years ago. Every liberal despised people like Cheney.

Today, they champion war criminals like Cheney and his daughter. Unbelievable.

Elites starting fake wars to get rich that lead to the death of American troops and millions of brown people??? Yes! That's what we want! Vote for us! Cheney is ours now!

These are the 'enemies within'.

It is true that if the electorate was only women, there'd never be a Republican president. Likewise, if the electorate was only men, there'd never be a Democrat president.

  • Pennsylvania − women have a 14-percentage point turnout edge over men
  • Michigan − women have a 10-point edge
  • Wisconsin − women have an 8-point edge
  • North Carolina − women have an 11-point edge
  • Georgia − women have a 12-point edge
  • Nevada −women and male turnout is roughly the same (women turnout was 2 percentage points greater than men in 2020)
  • Arizona −women have a 5-point advantage

On the slopes of Mount Parnassus, Greece
Then came MSG. It was not only the Puerto Rico joke which was in poor taste, Kamala Harris was called a prostitute, devil, antichrist, a cunt, etc. Trump called it a lovefest. But Nikki Haley called it defeatist strategy. Independents and women were appalled and the trend shifted in favour of Harris. And it continues with Trump saying he will protect women whether they like it or not, and the latest threat against Liz Cheney. The Marist poll showed independents breaking for Harris by 6 points in MI and WI and by a whopping 15 inPA.

The word prostitute was never used. Her handlers were called pimps though. I thought Willie Brown retired?

The word cunt wasn't said as well. According to an unnamed source within the Republican party Hinchcliffe was told not to use it...Always those elusive unnamed sources, funny how that works.

Anyways Haley is correct personal attacks against an opponent reveal the vileness of the attacker and undermine their credibility...Just like calling people Nazis and their preferred leader Hitler.

I disagree on Haley, perhaps you are correct about Cheney as many Dems dislike him as well as many Repugs but Haley has her following of more moderate repugs who dislike Trump.
The average voter outside of her state would barely know who she is other than she was a governor somewhere. I doubt most would even know she was in the primary against Trump. And her cable news presence has been minimal. It's not dislike, but indifference in her case.

And those moderate Trump haters are already voting for Harris. They are baked in. Being voters are not going to base their choice on her recommendation.

She carried a devoted Republican piece of the base. Many were McCain supporters and stood behind Haley during the primaries. They can make a difference in a swing state.

Key Swing States Could be Affected

The focus group’s findings suggest that Haley’s former supporters in swing states could play a crucial role in the election. With a mix of decisions among them—some leaning toward Trump, others Harris, and a few opting for third-party candidates—the GOP and Democrats may find that swaying undecided voters in the final days of the campaign could tip the balance.

In previous years I would agree with this, but this year there has been an increase in "weighted" polls from right leaning sources that are, imo, creating a more balanced aggregate polling result.

Either way between various methodology, pretty much all of them within margin of error, and even what polls the aggregate polling sites use, I remain on the side of....."who the fuck knows" what 50,000-100,000 independent voters in various states are really thinking. That is probably what this election will be won by.
The only right leaning polls that I know of are Rasmussen and Trafalgar. 538 doesn't even include Rasmussen in the average and Trafalgar is weighted pretty low.

For sure he was being a dick.
But he threw his Trump hat away, and then wanted to vote, but she still wouldnt let him.
She then assaults him. That then becomes a criminal charge
We can't actually tell that from the footage.
He throws the hat away and then there is some sort of interaction with the poll worker before she hits him and says something like "don't do that!", the problem is that we can't see it and because the person filming is going "Wooowww"" the whole time, we also can't hear it.

But as people have said in the beginning of the thread, this is pretty much all on him disrupting.
Was the physical interaction assault by her? Possibly, depending on what happened in that last bit of interaction.
But this is pretty clearly not a story of "Evil Democrats preventing a God-Fearing American Trump Supporter from voting".
This is "Asshole at polling station pisses off the people trying to work there and just do their jobs".

I get why a grievance-monger from Malaysia like Ian Mills Cheong would want to pretend otherwise (having a victim complex is important to the Trump-loving audience) but we shouldn't pretend that isn't what he is doing.

Why are you putting "weighted" in scare quotes?
