Vaccinations in Texas are working!

Hallelujah!

Vaccinations are keeping infections from rising.
This reminds me of that group that was convinced the world would end on a particular day. They got rid of all their belongings, quit their jobs and prepared for death. When it didn't and their beliefs were proven to be a fraud, the biggest believers double downed on it and insisted it was their prayers that spared the world. They couldn't bring themselves to admit they were wrong.

All along it was said vaccines will bring down infection. Lo and behold Mass vaccination does exactly that...... but anti vaxxers claim instead that the decrease in numbers show vaccinnation were never necessary, that covid is dissipating naturally like a fart in the wind or they point at the number still being infected and say see, it doesn't work because covid still exists.

It's both entertaining and scary.

I've been pointing out to people that you are a troll for some time now. I will let you get back to your endless 'debate.'
I have presented nothing but facts.
Texas new cases didnt increase after 20% of Texans stopped wearing masks.
In fact, new cases went down. These are the facts.

When you have to resort to name-calling, you lose the debate.
So in essence you become the troll because you dont offer any counterpoints, you just name-call.

Sucks, doesnt it?! ;)

Definitely a multitude of factors playing into the decrease.

Vaccine roll out
People more aware of social distancing rules and hand-washing hygiene
More knowledge on how it's transmitted, hence how to prevent and avoid

For the lolz, Trump out of office is also coinciding with the decrease!! 🤣

Obviously wrong, as you also make conclusions. The conclusions are where you troll.

Also I'm not calling you a name, i am describing your behaviour. It's really the better of the two options though, so I wouldn't see it as a slight. It's a good thing.

As do you guys when you conclude other factors are responsible for the continued decrease in new Texas cases

The conclusions are where you troll
By that very definition you guys are then trolling as well

Also I'm not calling you a name, i am describing your behaviour
Calling someone a troll is indeed name-calling and is completely off-topic.

At least own it

They are saying other factors exist and are more likely to be influencing based on common sense. They ask you to establish that masks are the only factor, but you don't. When given studies that actually look at the effects of masks while controlling other factors, you ignore those and persist on your mission.

It's clear trolling. Bravo.

I'm saying it is a positive thing, I have expressed nothing but admiration for your trolling. I called out your work ethic and all. It takes true determination to be so wrong and to keep posting, day in and day out. I know I couldn't do it. I have much respect for your abilities, but I also have self-respect.

No, its called having a debate. A debate you guys are clearly losing.

Nobody knows if other factors are playing a role in the continuation of cases going down.
The vaccination program may or may not be a cause, the only problem with that theory is new cases started going down around February 23rd, and continued to go down afterwards. Then on March 11th mask laws were relaxed and some experts predicted a surge in new cases, but that never happened. New cases kept going down.

So anyone with half an ounce of common sense will tell you masks had ZERO impact, whether that is in reducing new cases, or no rise in new cases.

Also Texas vaccination count right now sits at 40%.
Thats not enough to be the sole cause of reduction in new cases

Now you're backtracking on your insult and you wanna claim calling someone a troll is respectful and admirable??
You're not only losing the debate, but now you're also losing the plot 😂

The success of Texas and Florida flies in the face of any pro-lockdowners here as we can obviously see. At minimum as Joe Rogan accurately said, “people are a lot happier in Florida” than other lockdowned areas.

Maybe the oxygen they breathe down there is a little different lol. That’s why the fools here that continue to grasp at straws against you cant seem to fathom that they were played from the get go.

Unless, drumrollllllll, there are other factors involved.
...
Sure buddy. Next your going to claim that Texas giving 20 million vaccine doses has something to do with it. Do you really think facts and logic will prevent us from listening to our Phi C Messiah who preached that masks are useless?

The success of Texas and Florida ...
???

You must have an interesting definition of success. Florida is still well above the national average of new case rates despite giving 17 million vaccine doses to 20 million people. Texas is doing a bit better. The real success tort is California which is at a third of the national average despite having had one of the worst infection rates in the country.

I gave you my admiration from the get go here. You're a really good troll, putting a lot of effort into it. You managed to keep a few threads going for I'm guessing 60 pages or so. Well, you tell me, you likely know better.

If you believe your first statement, then it is impossible to come to the conclusion you do in your 2nd statement.

Not really, latest CDC numbers have Florida just a smidge better than the national average.

US Total = 174 deaths/100,000 people.
Texas = 171/100,000
Florida = 166/100,000
California = 155/100,000

Don't confuse him with formal logic, that's not fair.
