I wouldn't say Lima's a dump... yes it has it's run down area's.. I see that in every city I go to.. There are some beautiful places there Too!!!I wouldn't say it's prominent.
There is "chifa" but I always thought that was Chinese influence.
Also, Lima is a complete dump with about 3-4 nicer neighborhoods. I wouldn't call it affluent at all.
Well I did kind of cover that. Larcomar, Miraflores, San Isidro, etc...are nice enough in parts. But, the overwhelming majority of the metropolitan area is a complete dump, and extremely dangerous.I wouldn't say Lima's a dump... yes it has it's run down area's.. I went to some great places in Lima, the water park, restaurant's on the water, some dance clubs I visited, met many great people and I was alone, wandering streets by myself..
LOL, Your post makes as much sense the amount of meat that would be found in a vegetarian stew!Possibly.
But Fillipinos are super Catholics (except for western Mindanao and the archipelago that connects to Indonesia), Easter is a big feast day. More than likely that cute little dachshund ended up in the stew pot.
