I have had the pleasure of attending several swinger parties over the years. The best location by far is Oasis. Great premises and great staff. Nothing but good things to say.

I have attended both swinger parties and swinger clubs and they are very different from one another.
Swinger parties are private and by invite only even if it's inside a swinger club it is not open to the public and most are either in large homes, condos or hotel suites and I have attended a few. Although I have attended Oasis and have had quite a bit of fun every time I have been there, if you are more affluent and above average looking Oasis is not the best place to go to, as they have a lot of average looking people attending on a daily basis.

I think a lot of people assume that Swingers Clubs are like the Hellfire Club in Eyes Wide Shut. Not in my experience. Mostly you'll find a lot of ordinary looking people, and the crowd tends to skew suburban. It can be very interesting to see what freaks many so-called normal people are behind closed doors, though. I agree that private parties are better than clubs, but unless you're good-looking and hung, good luck getting an invite to a private party if you're a single male. If you can get past all the hurdles, there are some very memorable times to be had: cumming in a soccer mom's mouth while her husband watches and coaxes her to swallow every drop is so surreal you need to experience it at-least once
My first time to oasis I walked upstairs. Guy and girl having sex. 5, yes 5 guys standing around watching and...you know. My jaw dropped. One guy saw my shock and asks "her first time?" Safe to say...yes.

This is actually why I prefer the private party scene, the ratio of males to females is more reasonable. If you're a female or an exhibitionist couple I'm sure the audience can be part of the fun. I like to get the auditioning part of the process over with and parties tend to have pretty rigorous screening. An attractive single female is pretty much welcome anywhere in the lifestyle. They don't call them unicorns for nothing.
I have been to private parties where others have organized the party and have had some great times at some parties and also some really lame times as others. Because the screening process was not done properly.
As someone who organizes these type of private parties now from time to time, the need to be rigorous in the screening process is very important and I personally do not change the way I screen because others feel like it's too much of work to attend.
There are just too many people who are time wasters, not serious about attending, and also there are so many people who are the exact opposite of who they pretend to be both physically and experience wise and that can only be found out by having a rigorous screening process.
There are just too many people who are not a good fit for group parties, and also there are some guys who can not perform in front of large groups which you can try to screen but very hard to do so 100%.
So, did you get into any action or just became the 6th person and watched? lol
I was 6th. LOL It was far too of a foreign territory for me. (And the girl...not my type). But still hot watching it all go down.
