I don't think its alien stuff because we would have picked up signals or some signature already if they were able to build something like that some 1500 years ago or so sent at that time and already received now.
Its amazing how people are quick to jump to such conclusions, however this one is picking up a lot of momentum and being shared through some reputable sources.
In laymans here is what this Dyson sphere is about...
Regardless if true or not it is still very interesting through the out of box ideas being shared....
