Would you pay to watch someone just take the fifth in response to every question?Trunp should testify on par per view. It would be the biggest event of all time.
Well then, every time he takes the 5th, he gets his balls electrocuted.....Would you pay to watch someone just take the fifth in response to every question?
If only it were true..That is awesome!!!
That would be over 400 shocks to the mushroom dick.Well then, every time he takes the 5th, he gets his balls electrocuted.....
No.You're assuming that the only tactic is to stall with whatever bullshit they can think up until after the mid terms and in the meantime, play the "victim card" to fund raise from their money-sheep.
Looks like the only stalling left for TFG can happen if he's not in jail in 2024.No.
One of their tactics is to stall.
But "this judge is on our side because he dislikes the FBI' isn't specifically about the stall tactic.
But that's stupid. Cannon was a real "find" - dumb and biased. Even most other Trump appointments are going to be smart, unbiased and professional. This is "a great judge because he once ruled against our adversary sometime in the past" is beyond stupid in real world litigation strategies.No.

As shown by the 11th Circuit ruling. But that's stupid. Cannon was a real "find" - dumb and biased. Even most other Trump appointments are going to be smart, unbiased and professional. Though I think a close look at those the Federalist pushed would be warranted.I don't know if "most" Trump judicial appointments would be smart, unbiased, and professional.
Maybe many are.
Hard to say.
I suspect the earlier ones, where he was just going through Leo's Fed Soc list and established conservatives are typical judges - biased and with a point of view, but professional and with some sense of loyalty to the institution and a judicial philosophy over rank partisanship.
But as he went on, he seemed to think more and more of them as "his judges" and the conservative movement became more and more about Trump and about partisanship - so those later ones might be way more biased and partisan hacks.
I really don't know what the breakdown is.
What is obvious is the idea that you can figure out a judge by nothing more than who appointed them is just wrong.
No it wouldn't. 2 shocks would be enough. He's not a very brave person, despite all the bravado.....If only it were true..
That would be over 400 shocks to the mushroom dick.
Good think Lettitia can use these answers in her trial.
That is crazy. What? Laws being used to make decisions and judgements in a courtroom? Outrageous!
