This will still make no difference. This is just another garbage news story to keep the plebs glued to their screens.

Once this guy is seriously dealt with, I might watch. Until then, I have a much better life to live.....

You're assuming that the only tactic is to stall with whatever bullshit they can think up until after the mid terms and in the meantime, play the "victim card" to fund raise from their money-sheep.
No.
One of their tactics is to stall.
But "this judge is on our side because he dislikes the FBI' isn't specifically about the stall tactic.

Looks like the only stalling left for TFG can happen if he's not in jail in 2024.
Rough week for the GOP.

Rump and his entire family and his business charged with fraud.
Mark Meadows has squealed to the DOJ.
Alex Jones bankrupt.
DeSantis under investigation for human trafficking.
Even Kyle Rittenhouse is crying for some reason.

But that's stupid. Cannon was a real "find" - dumb and biased. Even most other Trump appointments are going to be smart, unbiased and professional. This is "a great judge because he once ruled against our adversary sometime in the past" is beyond stupid in real world litigation strategies.

As shown by the 11th Circuit ruling.

I don't know if "most" Trump judicial appointments would be smart, unbiased, and professional.
Maybe many are.
Hard to say.
I suspect the earlier ones, where he was just going through Leo's Fed Soc list and established conservatives are typical judges - biased and with a point of view, but professional and with some sense of loyalty to the institution and a judicial philosophy over rank partisanship.

But as he went on, he seemed to think more and more of them as "his judges" and the conservative movement became more and more about Trump and about partisanship - so those later ones might be way more biased and partisan hacks.

I really don't know what the breakdown is.

What is obvious is the idea that you can figure out a judge by nothing more than who appointed them is just wrong.

Though I think a close look at those the Federalist pushed would be warranted.
