If her intentions are to keep you as a regular, then saying "I love you" is a risky gambit. If I were in your shoes, and didn't see her as any more than a way to enjoy myself and get my rocks off, her saying "I love you" would likely scare me off. If I was interested in her as a person though, her saying "I love you" would likely result in me asking her out off the clock. Either way, she has lost a regular. Just seems like a losing strategy to me.
