I doubt that you even can 'suspend' a S.I.N.Next time they call, tell'em iyour English s very poor, ask them to communicate in French.
The Government of Canada never calls like that, never. This is a fraudulent call centre trying to get your personal information and they don’t even have your real name or SIN initially. If you do given them your name, then hey will use it next time in the next call as they attempt to gain more information in increments each call. They called me 3 times so far to-day to warn me my S.I.N. has been suspended.

If I don't have something going on, I like to play along for as long as I possibly can. The more time they waste with me, the less they spend scamming someones grandparents. I also hope that it takes me off their list of people to call, but that doesn't seem to be working.Love the calls from CRA, saying I owe thousands. My brother starts screaming into the phoen, "i just got out of jail, WTF do you mean I owe YOU?, i'm coming straight down there to the ofice downtown......."
They hang up before he finishes the sentence.
I used to think that way too, but they're far too stupid to use logic. They only know blunt force attack. Make as much contact as possible, every day. They're probably told that every 100 contacts = $x and I imagine they have quotas to hit.I also hope that it takes me off their list of people to call, but that doesn't seem to be working.
