One thing is certain: Eriksen is leaving Inter. Must be hard for his pregnant wife in Milan.

Rumours are rife: Yesterday it was Chelsea, today it is PSG.

Mattias de Ligt returned to action, he looks fit.

Finally he got to line up with Demiral, they played great in their natural positions. Last season the Dutchman had to play as a stopper, valuable experience but not his natural role. Even though their combined age may not reach 50, Bonucci's injury could be a blessing in disguise for Juve. Demiral is a beast!

I was watching Juve against Cagliari, Ronaldo is great, that second goal was very nice. I still don't know whats the deal with Bernardeschi that hasen't scored in serie A since 2018. He played well with the azzuri but can't seem to score. He had one in but it was offside. Today Milan Napoli hang on to your hats.

I watched Inter vs Torino. Inter was behind 0 2 for a long time, but Inter came back.

Eriksen did not play, but was the topic of much talk between the commentators.

Latest rumour in Denmark has him going to Man United.

He played ok on the national team, even as he was bit rusty.

The Empire Valeri got it wrong today, he gave a yellow card to Bakayoko for nothing, he then got a second yellow (that he deserved, but didn't the first one) and that Piece of Shit of Zlatan elbowed Koulibaly right in the face and got away with it. I don't know why var did nothing.

Dirty dog Zlatan should have received a yellow or that.

If not red, they showed it again in slow mo and commentators were howling he didn't get a red. He does this to defenders often.
I know, he deserves a red, but that is only because of his past behavior, and I don't think a referee can base a decision on that.

The great Zlatanissimo is out with a hamstring strain, Rafael Leao is also out from a bicep injury he picked up playing for Portugal's U-21. It will be up to Rebic, Houge and very young Colombo to carry the offense.

I agree that the red card on Bakayoko was harsh, he hardly touched Bennacer. All in all it was a thunderous contest! Stefano Pioli tested positive for Covid-19, his assistant and Gennarino's former team-mate Daniel Bonera coached Milan.

Is Paolo Fonseca the next Special One? He's been playing against the odds since he took the Roma job. When Juve hired Sarri, I said they missed a golden opportunity in not hiring Fonseca. Roma now sit three points from the top of the table.

There is a rumour that Julian Draxler will join Roma as part of the Florenzi deal, in January.

Christian Eriksen: How did ex-Tottenham midfielder's Inter Milan dream turn into a nightmare?
By Gary RoseBBC Sport
Last updated on7 hours ago7 hours ago. From the sectionEuropean Football

Christian Eriksen
Christian Eriksen, centre, has not scored or assisted any goals for Inter Milan so far this season
When Christian Eriksen's move from Tottenham to Inter Milan was completed in January, the Italian club announced it with a somewhat bizarre video featuring a sleeping Eriksen and the caption: "This dream is not for everyone."
Unfortunately for the Dane, those words held more truth than he would have liked.

Barely a year later Eriksen's time in Milan already looks to be drawing to a close, with rumours linking him with a move elsewhere when the transfer window opens in January.
Eriksen might look on with thoughts of what might have been when Inter face Real Madrid on Wednesday - the Spanish giants were strongly linked with the playmaker before he moved to Italy. Reports of his transfer to Madrid were front page news in the Marca and AS newspapers.
But why have things not worked out for a player who was once considered one of the best in the Premier League and who, at 28, should be in the prime of his career?

Report
A dream that has turned into a nightmare
Eriksen spent seven years at Tottenham, during which time his stats were astonishing.
He created more chances (571), provided more assists (62), scored the most direct free-kicks (eight) and hit more goals from outside the area (23) than any other player in the Premier League.
They were the sort of stats that outshone even Manchester City star Kevin de Bruyne, so at £16.9m for a player aged 27 at the time it appeared Inter Milan boss Antonio Conte had done a superb bit of business.
Eleven months on, however, Eriksen has found his game time limited. He was mostly on the bench in his first half-season and has been in and out of the side so far this term.
"This isn't what I dreamed of," Eriksen said earlier this month in an interview with TV2.
"It is a bit of a strange situation, as the fans want to see me playing more and so would I, but the coach has different ideas and as a player I have to respect that."
FA Cup footer
Doing the business for Denmark, so why not Inter?
Christian Eriksen
Eriksen has scored six goals in eight Nations League appearances for Denmark
The contrast between Eriksen's domestic form and his performances at international level is stark.
While he is yet to score a goal or even register an assist for Inter this season he has been a key figure for Denmark and has scored five goals in his past six games for them, including the winner against England on 11 October.
His lack of game time at Inter Milan is proving frustrating for Denmark fans.
"It is an important thing for us because we don't have so many players to pick from," journalist Sture Sando, who covers the Danish national team, told BBC Sport.
"Denmark fans are following how the players do at club level and if you look at the teams they play for - Inter Milan, Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund - it looks good, but how much do they get to play? It is definitely an issue.
"The situation with Eriksen at Inter Milan is not fruitful, and fans are keen for a solution to be found."
So why hasn't it worked out?
"One of the reasons is Conte's system," Milan-based football journalist Paolo Menicucci said. "He likes to have one deep-lying playmaker and two box-to-box midfielders but Eriksen doesn't have those characteristics.
"Conte tried a few times to change the system and play Eriksen behind the forwards but it didn't work."
From training alone to almost sleeping on Lukaku's sofa
Christian Eriksen
Eriksen has struggled to force his way into Inter boss Antonio Conte's thinking
Like pretty much anyone in any walk of life, Eriksen's hopes for 2020 were certainly impacted by the emergence of a global pandemic.
Settling in a new country is a challenge at the best of times and the arrival of lockdown in Italy as it struggled to cope with Covid-19 made it even tougher for Eriksen.
At one stage the midfielder was practically living in Inter Milan's training ground after failing to find an apartment for himself and his young family.
In an interview with Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten, Eriksen said he even considered asking team-mates Romelu Lukaku and Ashley Young if he could sleep on their sofa.
"That was difficult," Menicucci added. "But I think the biggest problem was the club considered Eriksen as a market opportunity. His contract was expiring so he was relatively cheap. Conte never really wanted him in my opinion and never really tried to adapt his team to him."
What might have been?
Christian Eriksen
Eriksen has played a full 90 minutes just twice for Inter
As Eriksen's time at Tottenham neared its end it had looked like Madrid would be his most likely destination.
It had been suggested that a switch to the Bernabeu was what Eriksen really hoped for, so the disappointment of not getting that move may also explain some of his struggles at Inter.
Real were said to have cooled their interest in Eriksen in the summer of 2019 to instead turn to Eden Hazard, a decision that in hindsight has not worked out, with the former Chelsea playmaker having endured an injury-plagued time in Madrid so far.
Meanwhile Inter appear to have already brought in their replacement for Eriksen, having signed Arturo Vidal in September. A more complete midfielder who was once viewed as one of the best box-to-box players in world football, Vidal suits Conte's system better, pushing Eriksen further down the pecking order.
But if the Dane is selected to play against Real on Wednesday, it would present the midfielder with the opportunity to impress his one-time suitors once more.

Inter won 3-0 against Sassulo, I'm suprised as I like Sassuolo and they have a good team. But 2 goals were mistakes by sassuolo, one was a giveawy near the goal area and the other one was an auto goal. But I think they lost to inter before.. ( no Eriksen didn't play)

Juve against Benevento, Ronaldo didn't play they had Dybala play because he took time off and he needs to get back in the groove. Morata got a red card past the end because he told the empire something as he was walking off. They have talent but still no team play, except for Quadrado and Morata.

Verona killed Atalanta, the're a tough team. Gasperini which is the manager for atalanta that looks like a benign grandpa opened is mouth and was yelling at the empire and the assistant. Fuck he was loud 😂😂😂

Why is Francesco Pozzi on ignore?

Both Inter and Juve rested their stars with the congested schedule...even Eriksen.;)

I missed the first 30 minutes of the match, good result for Conte. Anything less than a win and he would have been fired. Raspadori has been scoring consistently for the U21 but looked over-matched against the Inter defense. Juve are an enigma, maybe with the turnover they did, they're still finding their game. Verona are a very scrappy club, Favilli is a Juve prospect. Silvestri is part of Italy's Golden generation of goalies. Sportiello played against Liverpool.

LOL ...Because he's strunz troll, not honorable ... several guys have him on ignore not just me.

I watched the whole Inter game, Sassuolo are no pussies, there's a reason that they're up there in the list.

I was hoping Inter would lose, for that reason, but they have too many talented players so they can win even with a stupid coach.

It now appears that also Martinez wants away from Inter. Possibly to Barcelona.

Moratti who bought Eriksen from Tottenham (over Conte's objections?) Is now saying that he will be happy to let him go, and expect to make a profit on him. Inter paid only 20 M euros. Eriksen wife will be pissed. She is pregnant and likely do not want to leave Italy.

In other news, Braithwaite has scored in the last two games for Barcelona, and may not be traded in January.

Messi is an asshole, he wore Maradona's old strip with Barcelona to showboat. Diego had two miserable years at Barca and was run out of town injured. Lorenzo Insigne kissed Maradona's shirt after scoring the free kick goal. As well as Roma played of late, they didn't stand a chance against a motivated Napoli club.

I hope Stefano Pioli recovers from Covid 19, he's missed two weeks of football now. Assistant coach Daniel Bonera has not changed Pioli's strategy. The difference between the Milan clubs: Tonali is getting stronger with each match and links well with Calhanoglu: Barella and Eriksen don't. Conte is making life difficult for himself by not making them the spine of his set up - advantage Milan.

Nice lob attempt by Ribery - but that's Donnarumma, not Pickford.

My Danish gumba will enjoy this.

https://www.football-italia.net/162785/kjaer-milan’s-uncelebrated-leader

I admit Kjaer has surprised me, he was a disaster at Roma. He and Salaeamakers were ignored with the signing of The Great Zlatanissimo. Ale joined Milan as a 20 year old, he lined up with four different defensive mates before the Dane arrived. Another difference between the Milan clubs, Brozovic is having a poor season, Frank Kessie is a beast.

I was impressed with Napoli I don't know if Diego motivated them but they dominated. Roma is good team and they're up there, I was surprised. I think Napoli are bipolar LOL, the other day they lost 3-0 against Milan.

I heard this thing of Martinez wanting to go to Barcelona for a while, he's pretty ambitious. But I don't know if its going to happen , they'll need someone else big in the front, Lukaku is not enough.
