OK Im a SEINFELD junkie I admit that. I recently saw a "take off" of when the gang gets sent to prison for a year for violating some obscure law in Mass. Jerry after a few "problems" in the jail they are put in gets transferred out to OZ!!!!!!!!!! The prison drama series which is brutaly honest about life behind bars.

Its funny as hell watching him interact with the hardcore inmates as he brings up some of the SEINFELDISMS from the show in this harsh envirement.

Not even counting what he was paid for the original series, Seinfeld has made $242 million from $1.7 billion from reruns so far. I would not be surprised that this little clip is to test the waters for a new series. The cost of production for the clip must be several hundred thousand dollars for cast, crew, equipment and facilities. Seinfeld must want to buy a few more Porsche cars. He has a facility in NYC that holds 50 Porsche cars now.

Is this a joke?
If not, include a link to the clip?

Yesterday I was watching a slasher film from 1981 called The Burning. It was a really crappy horror flick. A young George Costanza was in it as one of the main teen actors. He never knew the success that he'd achieve 20+ years later.

Jason Alexander was also in Pretty Woman with Julia Roberts and Richard Gere. He played Gere's business associate.

Jason Alexander had a series in 1987 long before Seinfeld, check the 4:30 mark on this clip.

Any sequels won't be remotely funny. Kramer flunked with his stand up plus he had some show. Elaine flunked with hers.

Only survivor is Frank Costanza in that show with the mall cop guy who is a UPS driver who I just hate to see.

You mean Jerry Stiller. He's Ben Stiller's father, so I guess he's got the comedy genes too...

Elaine flunked with hers.

None of the shows any of the actors from Seinfeld appeared in was a sequel, as the new shows/characters had nothing to do with Seinfeld.

Elaine is a fictional character.

Perhaps you mean Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

Her second sit-com after Seinfeld (The New Adventures of Old Christine), while not a Top 10 show, was a solid comedy, that lasted 5 seasons (88 episodes).

Hardly a failure.

I prefer Curb Your Enthusiam. Here we see the Seinfeld crew as themselves - that being said, acting without acting.

Of the original cast I think Uncle Leo and Jerry's father have passed away.

1. *The two Morty Seinfelds (and Frank Costanzas) on Seinfeld

Veteran television actor Philip Bruns played Jerry Seinfeld's father, Morty, when the character briefly debuted in Seinfeld's second episode, "The Stakeout." The story goes that series co-creator Larry David wanted someone more cantankerous for the part, and Bruns was too relaxed. When Morty returned for "The Pony Remark" in season two, he had been replaced by another television veteran, Barney Martin, who held the role until the show went off the air in 1998. Less remembered is John Randolph, who appeared as George Costanza's father, Frank, in one episode of season four. Although viewers can at least see Philip Bruns as Jerry's dad in reruns, John Randolph's scenes as Frank Costanza were re-shot with Jerry Stiller for syndication.

Philip Bruns is alive.
Barney Martin is dead.
Uncle Leo is dead.

Larry playing George Costanza is interesting, having said that he's almost a cartoon figure.

Barney Martin was a retired NYPD Homicide Detective before turning to acting.
