Last year, The Economist listed Seattle the 4th most livable city in the United States, based on 5 broad factors: culture and environment, infrastructure, health care and education. Also on "stability" (2019) which shows the protests are of recent onset and likely related to having a white supremacist and extremely weak leadership in the White House the last 3 1/2 years, a situation soon to be resolved.

Every major centre has tent cities. They're in specific areas and police correctly try to not create a larger problem by moving them.
For the most part a friend who lived there for a bit told me. He said there's even a documentary about Seattle and they show before and after pics from like 20 years ago and it's insane.

You're beating a dead horse. The fact is I and a few other intelligent and rational Board members had a discussion about the quality of life (or lack thereof) in Seattle (home of Krakens).
This thread, like other threads, go where members want it to go. So, there were 4-5 of us interested in discussing Seattle's quality of life and the constant unrest of protests/demonstrations.
