Well I don't see any solid source of info for what you say, and there probably isn't one. So you are just speculating. Most analysis says about 150-200K of Russian forces in total are engaged in this war, if thats is the totality of Russias professional military then perhaps you are right. But most studies have placed that number at around 800K.
Most of those are Navy most of which is out of position never mind that the African American Sea fleet hasn't been very useful, Chair Force which have other duties as well as having been pretty useless, than throw in the troops in Kaliningrad which are not going anywhere, troops guarding the border with Finland and the Potato Union further south, the Chinese border etc. Air Defense troops guarding the skys far from Ukraine, etc

The US has a large military, without calling up the National Guard and the Army Reserve most of it would never be committed to a fight... but at least their Navy and Chair Force can contribute to a brawl.

You can download the IISS Military Balance google that shit looking for the PDF.
I am sure you will dismiss it because reality is for fags right.

Russia is balls deep committed, EVERYONE of any note says this, there are valid reasons why. It isn't as if they don't have access to the total military numbers.
Even if Russia would start shoving Chair Force, the Strategic Rocket Forces [nukes] and Navy folks into ground units, 1: They wouldn't be trained for shit, 2: It worked out really badly when Germany tried it in WWII.

Every time without a miss, when I turn off ignore [for non you reasons] I am reminded of why I have you on ignore. You contribute nothing of any actual value to the conversation. The only question is are you trying but you are such a stan that you are unwilling to live in the same world as the rest of us, you are a paid hack a memeber of the Russian version of the Chinese 50 cent army, or if you are purposely being like this to be a troll.

800k would be the total force, including about 200k party bosses, but the actual fighting force appears to be around 200k.

The question for tomorrow is whether Putin will enact conscription in some form.
If he's going to continue the war, he'll have to do it.

It isn't.
It is more about the fact the default would happen at all - since defaults are black marks on the record and then shit goes sideways in all kinds of interesting ways.
That said, given this default seems to be caused specifically by the sanctions and them being frozen out of the international system, it may not really have any lasting effect since people will take that into account.
If Russia is permanently out and making an alternative system then it won't matter and if they get welcomed back it is easy to assume they wouldn't default on future things since it wasn't a lack of ability or willingness to pay.

The sequestering of the assets of the Western companies that pulled out is going to give them real problems. Add in the fact that Russia is now pretty much officially a rogue state run by a man who is unpredictable and no longer competent.
