at least for the States, it's Boston hands down! .. I read an early comment about London .. Londoners are just reserved where as the Scots are a friendly bunch of folks.

Friendliest: Kiwis and Canadians

I'm there and NYC a lot for bookings and I find both cities to be very friendly. And not just men. haha. Even the ladies I find are nice and will help you out if you ask a question for directions or whatnot. Now NYC cabbies, on the other hand...

I find the city to be the rudest is LA. Everyone is a someone there and has this air of entitlement, I found. Maybe I was just at the wrong spot, but the I was at the Playboy Mansion and the parties there host that crowd. San Diego is one of the friendliest. And Vegas. But I think that's because everyone is smashed and on vacation. haha

In Canada, hands down the Maritimers are the friendliest.

Have to agree with you about Boston, have been many places in the US and I think the people in Boston are friendliest. That is not to say any of the other places were not friendly, Boston just moreso.

But could someone please tell them that "uh-huh" is not the same as saying "You're welcome."

I have never been to Paris but always thought that they were the most romantic people on earth but it seems that they have taken a few lessons from Quebecers. I hope they don't dress and collect unemployment pogee under six different aliases as the Bloc.

saskatchewan is the friendliest place in north america......toronto is ok but doesn't deserve the hate it gets from the rest of canada.

Toronto's relationship with the rest of Canada is like wolf to sheep. The sheep spend a lot of time grumbling about the wolf. The wolf only thinks about the sheep at dinner time.

NY Rude? NONSENSE. They may be a bit in your face, but I find New Yorkers to be about 1000% more friendly then Torontonians....

A overheard conversation from an American phoning home at TD Centre. 'Toronto is so clean and the people are really friendly aaaaannd they don't even wear guns.'

No honestly, I didn't know whether to laugh or shake his band. He was about 6'4" and 250 easy.

I find Torontonians to be a friendly lot for the most part. Sure, there are assholes out there, but there are assholes everywhere.

Many times I've been walking down a sidestreet on my way to Bloor Subway and you make eye contact with a person and they will say hello.

I've also had perfect strangers help me out in different predicaments I've gotten into.

My neighbours are all fine and decent people. So there.

Man if he thinks Toronto is so clean then are you sure he's not from LA or Africa?
Actually Toronto is very clean and very low in crime compared to other metropolitan areas in north america like
New York
Los Angeles
Detroit
Miami
Atlanta
Vancouver

Not speaking of crime.. BUT RUDEST. I give it to Toronto. Cabbies here are rude, they dont help, when they "offer" they want money for it.
Walking down the streets of downtown people help themself and not others. I find it sad, but its the city, Glad Im not in the busy area.
NY and Toronto are very similar towards ethics though

I have found Montrealers to be quite rude. Ditto for Toronto. I have traveled extensively through Latin American & Colombians are the friendliest, I find. Very happy people too, even if they're poor. In fact, anywhere I've been in Latin America, an attempt in my admittedly not fluent Spanish pays huge dividends, especially with the chicas.

you think the fact that gringos are known to be wealthier than locals could have played a part?

Perhaps its the French language or something but I find Montreal ruder.
Never been to east coast but know some people and they are friendly.

It could very well be. I find Quebec City to be so kind. They'll even play charades with you to figure out what you need. haha Not so much in Montreal, even though walking down the street the conversations are English or littered with English words. Franglish.

I got pulled over when I first moved to Montreal and the cop refused to speak a word of English to me. I had no clue what he was talking about. No amount of charm or cleavage was getting me out of that ticket! haha
your cleavage and charm would have worked on me, lol.

Of course it does if you're talking about P4P, which I was not. Anywhere in Latin America where I've spoken Spanish elicits a lot of goodwill among locals because it shows respect for the culture.

I know this is an escort review site, but dude: you're pretty jaded.
