You would try to use that to draw a parallel with this suicide incident of which there is no evidence???? LMAO, is that what the legal system has become a bunch of obtuse case law that has no relevance on the matter.

And when the DJ commits suicide because all y'all idiots viillify them and make death threats, who will be charged then? The court? The people?
Actually, there is lots of evidence, you have just not bothered to learn it.

I have never suggested the DJ's be charged, in fact I have even suggested that a civil suit against them would not result in them having to pay any damages.

Do you read and follow or are you challenged in that regard? IT appears you have everything actually ass backwards.

Also, if one of the DJ's committs suicide, and it is proven to be connected to some specific criticism, what tort or wrong do you say was committed to give grounds for a suit?

Do you think Diana was killed or Murdered?
Some people are blinded by celebrity.
Two exhaustive investigations have determined a) the driver of the car was legally intoxicated b) the paparazzi were chasing then around Paris c) If the late Princess of Wales had not refused to have Royal Protection Squad Officers she might have lived longer - since they most certainly would not have allowed her to get into a car driven by a drunk, let alone be in a car driven at high speed across Paris.

Hence it was a sad but unfortunately familiar story drunk driver crashes at high speed, occupants of the vehicle are killed as a result of blunt force trauma.
As pointed out by Aartie, Diana was not murdered. She was a victim of a drunk driver and an irresponsible paparazzi. The Royals had little, if anything, to do with it. If only you know how idiotic your last statement was NP, you'd gag on your pablum.

Yeah... and ask rld to explain that by his theories of causation, responsibility and liability.

And, of course, by his great examples and arguments.

That seems a statement of dubious credibility. Further, for someone who constantly denigrates the monarchy and praises republics I remain amazed that you didn't return to the U.S. as soon as you could or at least move to France, Germany or Italy.

I'm not sure that either Washington, Rome, or Paris are great arguments for how wonderful, efficient, harmonious, loving etc. . . a Republic can be.

One could as well question, why you have not moved to London or Copenhagen.

It must be hard for you to realize that a country does not collapse when it rejects the monarchy. Canada would likewise be able to survive.

Let's continue this merry-go-round then.

Aarties is not complaining about the Republic he lives in, so why move to a monarchy. Secondly, it must be hard for you to realize that a country does not collapse when it 'doesn't' reject the monarchy.

she had even written a letter stating charles wanted to kill her
Well, the odd of you being divorced or having a close relative of the same generation who is seem slim. Any of us with experience of Family Law, can tell you that people in the midst of divorce make all sorts of outlandish statements.

trying to break her and dodi up
Her close friends all say that Mr. Fayed was far more enamored with her than she with him.

Poor Danmand it is a good thing that Denmark does not allow dual nationality, from this conversation the poor man would have a meltdown.

I'd gag on pablum regardless, its disgusting.

In any case - there is much written about the shenanigans of trying to break her and dodi up and alter the course of her life, she had even written a letter stating charles wanted to kill her, the paparazi and a somewhat drunken driver is a convenient scape goat but as you know almost nothing is ever that superficial. You don't even know if the paparazi were paparazi or MI-5. Very difficult to prove, but when it comes to the monarchy who kept its status through mass murder, all is still suspect.
By the way, since this circus took place outside the boundaries of Great Britain, it would MI-6 who would do all this stuff.

Hey, maybe the bar staff were on the take, having been caught with their pants down or skirts up in the wrong place by the secret service and served the driver doubles. Hey, maybe the mechanics that serviced the limo were MI-6. Maybe big giant spider dropped from the ceiling of the tunnel and spooked the driver. Just as possible to those who spend time thinking about this stuff.

You are the one to be pitied, Aardi. You have been indoctrinated to bow deep to whatever comes out of this womens vagina. A case for the CAS really.

Me think you does protest too much. You've never seen Aartie bow to anyone and yet your imagination carries you off to the Nevernever and just goes into over drive. I understand too much Cherry Heering can do that.

well... seems like the nurse hanged herself and left notes for her family.. Apparently she accused the hospital staff of being too harsh on her. I guess not many will have pity after that one

The Guardian is reporting this story with other mainstream British Daily Newspapers such as The Daily Telegraph reporting that the Guardian has reported:

"One note deals with the hoax call by the DJs from 2Day FM, another details her requests for her funeral, and the third addresses her employers, the hospital, and contains criticism of staff there, the Guardian understands from two separate sources."
Until the content of the notes are officially released, I have to say this is but mere speculation and further the commentary about co-workers may turn out to to be criticism of them, rather than allegations of harassment by them.

If yes, I wouldn't be surprised. How could one single incident where her name was not made public, she was not disciplined by her employer and the Royal Family did not complain cause someone to kill themself?

You do not undertand, Stone age man. Because this suicide has a connection, however tenuous, to royalty the monarchist legal eagels here are frothing around there little mouths. If the prank call had been about anybody else, Aardie and his little sidekick Blackie would not have cared one bit.

Here is how monarchists were dealt with in the old west:

"You have been talking about the Queen again? On Independence day??"
