I'm not sure that either Washington, Rome, or Paris are great arguments for how wonderful, efficient, harmonious, loving etc. . . a Republic can be.

The Guardian is reporting this story with other mainstream British Daily Newspapers such as The Daily Telegraph reporting that the Guardian has reported:

"One note deals with the hoax call by the DJs from 2Day FM, another details her requests for her funeral, and the third addresses her employers, the hospital, and contains criticism of staff there, the Guardian understands from two separate sources."

Until the content of the notes are officially released, I have to say this is but mere speculation and further the commentary about co-workers may turn out to to be criticism of them, rather than allegations of harassment by them.
