Rooftop access at night! TORONTO?

Anyone know any buildings that have free access to the roof at night time in Toronto. I always see beautiful pictures of Toronto from building tops and I love the vibe the city gives me at night. I want to enjoy this type of view and vibe while smoking a nice J. Please help me out thank you.

When the Park Hyatt on Bloor reopens this fall, and if they haven't changed it, you can sit outside at literally the edge of the building at the 17th floor cocktail bar.

I work on allot of roof tops in the city and all the doors are locked going to the roof and depending the building (ontario housing ) they have extra metal gates .

Been taking lots of pics .

I have access to the roof in the building I work in, on Canada day I go up and get a 360% view of the fire works. I don't go up much cause I afraid of hights
