Not sure if this belongs in a Rock and Roll thread. "Fun for All "will be the moderator on this one but I love this song.

Imho The Clash's best song.
Not really a Clash song:

This may have been issued as a single on in Germany, and possibly some other random countries, but not in the UK or in North America.

That's Eddie, ("Electric Avenue") Grant, miming the lead guitar parts; far right onstage.

Beat-Club was a monthly German music show which initially tried hard to imitate Top of the Pops. It aired from 1965 - 1972. It continued from 1972 - 1984 as Musikladen.

I've seen most of the episodes of Beat-Club, (a few from 1966 no longer exist).

In the mid 60's, German teens were big fans of UK rock/pop, and there were really no good German rock bands. It's a short trip by sea from England to the port city of Bremen

where Beat-Club was taped, closer than Hamburg, (lower right).

Early episodes were formulaic for 1960's TV music shows: performers miming to top chart hits. Later in the series, there were many live performances by bands who were producing great music which didn't have Top 40 appeal, or an episode of Bubblegum Pop with the likes of 1910 Fruitgum Company and Ohio Express. There were also some gawdawful English pop singers who managed to carve out a half decent living and some chart success simply by being an expatriate English pop singer.

I'm going to look through YouTube and the Internet archive for some clips from the show which I would want to see more than once.

Billie Davis had been a promising young singer when her career was derailed by scandal and injury in 1963:

from wikipedia:

In 1963, the year in which popular music was transformed by the rise of The Beatles, Davis left Decca records owing to financial disagreements. In September, 1963

"she suffered a broken jaw when a chauffeur-driven limousine in which she and Jet Harris, former bass guitarist of the Shadows, were returning from a concert in Worcester, crashed in the West Midlands. Harris received head injuries that seriously affected his already troubled career. The reporting in the press of a relationship with Harris (24 at the time), an unhappily married man, earned Davis, still only 17, some unwelcome publicity at a difficult time and may have been one of the factors which held back her career. In an interview included in the liner notes of the 2007 compilation CD Whatcha Gonna Do? (RPM 326), Davis acknowledged the scandal, but also placed blame for the "lost momentum" on being unable to record for four months due to having her jaw wired shut after the accident.[

This clip is not from Beat-Club, but the band did perform this song live with the same arrangement. They were a last minute replacement for a band which didn't show up. The live recording from Beat-Club was a top 5 hit on the UK singles charts in 1968. Typically, "Sabre Dance" was a song they performed during their soundcheck at pub gigs.

The Who in 1967? Must be before they released I Can See For Miles.

Disney just anal raped their flagship film, American greed at it's wurst. They should have consulted with Rammstein, Disney+ subscribers are going to pay through the nose.

At the making of this video Yulia Stepanova was Prima Ballerina at the Bolshoi Theater.
