I don’t care what anybody here or even what the courts say…I think they did it and I think they’re guilty…the cover ups with phone cameras, group chat and phone calls show they know what they did was wrong…Hockey Canada paying the the victim 3.5 million shows they know it too…now players are not testifying with integrity with their “sudden memory loss”…now all the evidence from Hockey Canada’s investigation might get thrown out because of how terrible they were in obtaining it.

Howden testified Tuesday that he didn’t see E.M. putting her clothes back on at any point in McLeod’s hotel room. In 2018, however, he told Hockey Canada investigator Danielle Robitaille that E.M. started to get dressed and say, “I’m way too sober for this,” Cunningham said.
Cunningham also said that while Howden testified on Tuesday that he didn’t hear anyone talk to E.M. when she was getting dressed, he told Robitaille in 2018 that he heard his teammates say, “Oh no baby, don’t leave.”
Cunningham said that in his 2018 interview with Robitaille, Howden said, “I just heard her kind of weeping. I didn’t know what was going on. I went to my room because I didn’t want to be part of anything.”
Maybe they did'nt physically block her from leaving but they did convince her to stay. And this goes along with her testimony that she felt intimidated not to leave.
Also in steenbergens testimony he said that when he got to the room , McLeod had to leave for a bit but asked him to stay in the room with her. It sounds like he didn't want to leave her alone. Why would he ask that ?

These are only the first 2 witnesses and their original statements are already making the defense look guilty.

Q: Why did E.M. wait three days before going to the hospital?
A: Because she didn't report the incident to police. Her mother's boyfriend complained on her behalf.
Q: Why didn't London police file charges in 2018?
A: Among other things, video of E.M. leaving the hotel, (see post #311), led detective Steve Newton to conclude that she was not sufficiently intoxicated that she would have been unable to consent. Newton did not believe that there was sufficient evidence to file charges. Since there was video evidence that consent was given, (in E. M.'s own words), the Crown would have needed to prove that E.M. was incapable of offering consent, and there is only her unsupported testimony to make that argument.
Q: Why was the case reopened years later?
A: Because there was a big stink on social media after reports about the out-of-court settlement were published.
Q: Why is Fun For All convinced that the players are guilty of sexual assault?
A: Because he has a daughter of about the same age, and he is projecting both her and himself into the scenario, and drawing conclusions from his emotional reaction to that hypothetical.

You're right, and she falsely accused one of the players of following and assaulting her in the washroom, she probably lied about everything else.
BTW, Howden's original assertion about her initiating the activity came from a text to his friends, it wasn't a statement to the police.
But you want to make it about ass slapping.

The charge of sexual assault for Dube is for the ass slapping and a blow job...it may not reach your bar but it reaches the Criminal Code bar...unless it comes out where she said "slap me in the ass" that should be an easy guilty verdict for Dube.
Was Cal Foote given permission or consent to do the splits over her face and rub his dick and bag in her face or did he just come in and do it on his own? I believe the evidence shows that he just walked in and did it...that should be an easy guilty verdict for Foote.
