There's no crime in inviting friends over for some sex with some random bar fly, only if you proceed against her will.
No proof of that.
No proof that they forced her to stay.

Maybe that's why she never pressed charges, maybe that's why she texted her friend saying how her mom was making a big deal out of it, maybe that's why she initially said it was all her fault,

Ok, wrong on a few issues here...
-it is a crime to invite friends over to have sex with a "random bar fly" without her permission/consent...that is exactly what one of the charges McLeod faces
-there is proof of that, the invites came thru text messages that were introduced at trial...he even asked Taylor Raddysh in the hallway if he wanted a 'gummer'
-her testimony is that she tried getting her clothes on a couple of times...Howden, before his memory loss, said that in a Hockey Canada statement
-She didn't press charges because she can't, no citizen can press charges, the police did in this case, that's why she's called the complainant.
