When a client make a deposit by transfer and have to cancel there's the avenues
1) If you cancel 24h in advance , you get a 50$ off your next session
2) If you cancel last min , you lose your deposit
3) If I have to cancel , I give you back your deposit and you get a 50$ off on your next appointment
4) If you are one of my regular (NOT A FIRST TIME CLIENT) and it is the first time that you cancel last min,I would give you back your deposit even if it is last min cancellation because I would know that it is not a usual thing since I see you often and it never happened before...
I am never late so my clients never wait more then 5 min in the parking lot .. I find it disrespectful so the situation doesn't apply to me.. IF and I say IF , I would of have to make my client wait in the parking lot , I would offer a compensation like a 50$ off or something , but it never happened...
If I don't have the password for transfer , I am not booking you ... Too easy to cancel transfer last min and no show so what's the point of it ?
The blacklist on Lyla is disorganized and it is hard to find a phone number in there , even with the research .. We need one on Terb that is organized ..
I would gladly create one , but I don't know where I can create it and where it would be private juste for providers....
