But he broke the real story which isn't just a few people on a side walk promoting terrorism, that's a Tuesday but how the cops will arrest someone for just standing there, maybe even asking questions or taking pictures.

Yes they do push things, often too far. But was he aggressively getting into people's faces in that particular situation? IIRC the cops were basically saying his presence alone was inflamitory not that he was pushing the limits.

And the idea of removing someone for standing around, maybe asking some civil questions, because it might cause a disturbance, I say the issue is on the savages who would turn that into an escalation of violence. He wasn't arrested for trying to annoy some protester, he was protested for pointing out that the cop was in the wrong.

I've seen examples where Rebel Media went to the point of harassment and abuse, but I mean fuck, we don't just arrest Hells Angels because of their rep, we wait till they actually do something.
If he was a black dude working for some activist org and he got hauled off for mouthing off at the cop the exact same way, again... defenders of this and people who object to this would do a 180.

You're wrong. Doesn't need to be a grifter the guy is a lawyer by trade and could make more money doing that than what he does. I don't agree with Levant on everything and I will fully admit he has said some reckless things at times. But in this situation I agree with him. He wasn't doing anything other than to take pictures and video of the protestors to prove a point - that there were terrorist supporters in the crowd.
