Realistic Blow-up Dolls

They could offer incall/outcall or both. By the hour, evening or whatever. The dolls are a bit awkward for transportation to outcalls but it probably could be done.
After a customer it would need to be properly cleaned and disinfected for the next guy and there would be maintanance costs. There is a start up cost investment for the dolls and you don't know if there will be regular customers but that is with all business and then again the doll could pay itself off and you could run a tidy profit. If Sheik sees one up close, even he may succumb to the temptation and never to back to a real woman afterwards.
As for taking a doll on dates: More guys will as the dolls become more Cyborg like and real like - especially when they can totally pass for human. As for now, only guys like me will take them on dates or someone who wants some attention such as a Clown who brings laughter to people or make some sort of point or promote something about it.

Yes. And the helium would give the doll airborne qualities which would allow for a wide variety of additional options. For example, one could have a go with it on the top rungs of a ladder if one so wished.
The only downfall of the use of helium would be if she was on top of you, say, providing cowboy, if you let go she could levitate herself abruptly and end up gliding around the ceiling. A potential solution would be having a secure tether on her for just such an occurance.
