Quizno back in the day was the best. Nothing could hold a candle to them, but now they seem like they given up the struggle. If you do go there, you may enjoy the mesquite chicken.

Subway takes gold, Quizno takes silver and mr sub takes bronze.

The average Quiznos sub has the sodium content of 2 to 3 Big Macs. Think about that. Sodium leads to hypertension which leads to heart attacks.

I was told on a Hershey tour once that chocolate tastes are tailored for the country sold. Hershey sells sweeter chocolate in Canada than in the US, for example.

“Hershey’s tastes like ear wax,” said Kevin Ellis, an Alaskan-born designer with Adobe Systems in San Francisco. Mr. Ellis, who says Canadian and British chocolate bars are comparable, anticipates with delight the boxes of imported chocolate bars his wife's family sends.

Most chocolate bars in North America aren't even chocolate - modified and hydrogenated vegetable oils are not a substitute for real cocoa butter. Hershey's was good when it was made in Smiths Falls but after they moved to Mexico the quality went downhill - fast.
