If that's authentic, then he's dressed like a character out of "Lawrence of Arabia", which is not medieval garb, as the media describes him as wearing.

So far unidentified by name or description. Apparently has mental health problems and has threatened to stab people before. No indication that he is anything other than pure laine, but we'll see. He has been taken to a psych facility.
I'm confused how Justin is involved. Quebec City police arrested the suspect and criminal prosecutions are a provincial jurisdiction matter. Maybe you can explain how the Feds are involved in this? Cite some caselaw on constitutional law enforcement jurisdiction. That would be helpful.
