Looks like the old guy was yapping, probably about social distancing. Then he got aggressive outside and the guy just defended himself and pushed him away. I say there should be no charges, has this been posted already, will delete.

We are going to see more shit like this as more people get desperate. Stay safe. Walk away from confrontation, not worth it.

The victim was exhibiting disregard for the health and safety of everyone in the store. He is reaching over the glass to take things and he is talking the whole time spitting all over everything. Look at how close he is to the other person at the counter ( who is wearing a mask ) he is practically crawling all over him talking the whole time with no mask spitting everywhere just completely focused on his needs and wants. Not surprisingly it upset someone.

When things went outside he then made the decision to approach the other person and got well-within sucker punch range exhibiting behaviors of someone about to get aggressive, when he got to close the other guy did what anyone would do which was to push the aggressor back. When you exhibit those behaviors out in the world you have to be accepting of the fact that sooner or later someone is going to take you up on your aggression.

I have been triggered on a few occasions since all this started and the longer it goes on the less tolerant I am becoming of other people putting me and my family at risk. Everyone in that store was probably triggered by the victim he was completely oblivious to his behavior and the needs of those around him.

Did the victim deserve to die? well of course not all he wanted was a sandwich, it is a terrible outcome that not one person there was expecting to happen.

Everyone is stressed out and it's getting worse, take a moment to consider that before leaving home, everyone around us deserves to have their needs respected.

Keep your distance.

Just another reason why I go out after supper. Less people in grocery stores reducing chances of running into idiots like these 2.

I would like to know what was said, without knowing that, if I was a juror in this case and saw this video and told the date, I would vote to acquit. The guy in the blue coat backs away as the other guy keeps coming at him,the guy in the blue coat then pushes the guy away to try to keep his distance. This with his actions in the store leads me to believe the blue coat guy was just defending himself and had no intention of killing the guy with a shove. If he had punched him you could argue for manslaughter but not with a push.

In the biz this was called a victim precipitated homicide. Sad for both parties here.

The guy at the end with the baseball cap just looks at the victim and casually gets back into his Audi.

Sad when immigrants can't get along. However, if I could win fights that easily on a consistent basis, I would get into a lot more fights. As long as there is no camera around.

I agree, no charges. It's all very sad but the intention was to push the aggressor away, not to kill.

Old men really need to understand that they're old and stop acting up like they're ripped 25 year olds.

I've seen men with canes and walkers fighting. It's like they never learn.

I think the charge would be called involuntary manslaughter. The courts have that one covered. unfortunately.

That guy sure never learned to take a punch. You shouldn’t pose as an aggressor if someone could drop you that easily.

I think he hit the back of his head on the concrete, and that was what he died from.

The older i get the more i think about consequences like this. When I was in my teens & 20's never gave it a second thought if someone wanted to mix it up. Early 30's some punk was yapping off in a fastfood joint & I asked him nicely to tone it down. F*** this F*** that he wouldn't shut up & the women & kids in the place were a little scared. Asked him to step outside & he swung at me...I hit him once & he dropped on his ass & started doing the funky chicken after his head hit the floor. Scared the fack out of me, then started foaming at the mouth & the manager called 911. He came too before the ambulance got there & booked it. Moral of the story...ain't worth going to court over a manslaughter charge!

Don’t go on the attack with such poor footwork. He fell like a sack of potatoes. He put himself in a position that he obviously had never prepared for. Bad choice. Bad result. Only himself to blame.

I don't think you could push a 10 year old and have that result. Having so little strength is odd.
