Post session near Bay and Gerrard I go to “Chinese crisp beef pancake” in tbe food court below the winners at Yonge and Gerrard.

Their dumplings are decent but the real win is the version of the pancake they do. It is probably regional to a part of China that we don’t often see restaurants from because I’ve never had pancakes done that way anywhere else. It’s really good.

Otherwise, I’m usually in a rush re kids or work or life and no time to stop to eat cause I’m rushing back to real life.

Before a session I’ve been avoiding anything that will ruin my breath or a diuretic that will make me busting for a piss when I’m with a girl. So afterwards I often crave a coffee and something spicy or garlicky, usually noodles of some kind.

For spiritual purification after the deed I always go to McDonald’s and order a double Big Mac with large fries and two apple pies. Then I run home to the shower and into the fetal position rocking back and forth trying to forget what I just did. Sometimes I pass out only to wake up half conscious and thinking it was all a dream. 247 and it’s just a greasy diner that’s been around forever. Also lots of parked vehicles with interesting characters in the surrounding lots. Watching planes well past the runway close time
