I know your view of the agency I work is very different from mine and I'm sure that you have your reasons for this. We all reach our POV through our personal experiences and that's just how I have come to my conclusions.![]()
Lets hope the courts will understand that safety should come before what the moral police think.lolathelovely said:On May 5th a hearing in the Ontario Superior Court will begin that challenges the pimping laws here in Ontario.
I'm sorry if I've offended you with one of my posts, it wasn't my intention. If we've met then sorry that it didn't work out but in this industry that is bound to happen. Let's keep it professional though okay?catchall said:LMAO.
Yeah I'm not a junky either. I swear all these pills the doctor gives me is for my "pain".
There was an article in the sun way back in the day about this very topic. The reason incalls are illegal is along the lines of "not in our neighbourhood". Because the activity is centralized to an incall location (ie: bothering the neighbours) and outcalls are spread out everywhere to different people's homes or hotel rooms. This is negated if somebody is really active and has 10 women coming over every day. lol....I can kind of see the point. I have used this example before but there was an incall down on Bay and the doors were stained a deep mahogany colour. The stain on the incall door was worn right down to bare wood in the middle where one normally knocks. It was VERY obvious as all the other doors were perfect.....S.C. I could never understand just why OutCalls are OK but InCalls are not![]()
Hopefully the courts will straighten the law out
You can say that again....!!!!JohnFK said:*sigh* Looking good Kyra!
99.999% of the time when you hear someone got busted for living off the avails it's a pimp.KWI said:She can be charged with living off the avails, if she KNOWS the SP is working and using the money to pay the rent.
You are reading too much into my posts. No I have not met you. I wish I did though but I didn't. It wasn't a personal shot. I'm just commenting on pimp vs. agency. It's all semantics.Kyra_to said:I'm sorry if I've offended you with one of my posts, it wasn't my intention. Bingo. Nailed pimpin right on the head.ASYLUM said:. But seriously WHY work and then hand over your money to some guy that is basically too much of a low life to actually get a job for himself? .
Just for arguments sake:ASYLUM said:Ok here's my rant:
Pimp...agent, it's all the same thing. isn't an agent just a fancy name for a pimp? I mean when some dude comes up to me at the sc asking if i want to work for his 'company' and i ask what kinda of company just to see what kinda bullshit line he'll feed me...he tell me he's an agent for an entertainment company. yeah sure whatever dude. But seriously WHY work and then hand over your money to some guy that is basically too much of a low life to actually get a job for himself? I have absolutely no respect for any girl that gets herself involved with someone like that. so imo a pimp and an agent IS the same thing. AND PIMPING IS EASY. how hard can it be to take some stupid girls money?? fin.

As per usual, your post shows how little you know about Toronto and Canada...S.C. Joe said:I believe thats why the Toronto police are looking the other way most of time with InCalls. They have a gut feeling if they really crack down on InCalls, there be a big uproar and InCalls would be made legal.
Im going to go out on a limb and say that its because they have more important things to deal with than 2 consenting adults partaking in morally questionable behaviour....like drive by shootings and child abuse. The same reason they turn a blind eye to underage drinking and people who smoke pot.S.C. Joe said:Yeah, then whats the right answer ????
All the police need to do is call one of many escort company's up that have InCalls going on everyday.
Terb even has a own area for them.
But InCalls are illegal, just like other stuff Terb will not post about.
Why are Toronto police looking the other way ?
I agree, you don't see it, and you won't. Other people arguing with you must seem crazy, since once you're finished ignoring all the points they're making, it must seem as if they have no position at all.ASYLUM said:I just don't see why you would hand over your money to someone that does practically nothing for you, seeing as most people are fully capable of doing these things for themselves.
