No, that's a pipedream and would not make a shred of difference to the radical muslims. The only thing that would satisfy them would be if Israel did not exist and there were zero Jews living there. As long as there are Jews they will attack.
And even if there were no Jews, they'd attack Christians. Nothing except total world subjugation to Allah will satisfy them. And you think that Jews and Zionists are the colonialists. The Crusades occurred because the muslims attempted to conquer and take over Europe. They had to be driven out of Europe by the indigenous Europeans. Iran, they are a NPT signatory that hasn't attacked another country in hundreds of years.
Iranian culture is much richer, despite the theocratic government.

That is based on intel. If there is doubt I would assume they'd want to err on the side of caution.

Israel has demonstrated over and over and over that they don't need nukes to defeat those countries. They've won every single war against those countries with simple using advanced conventional warfare and their superior intellect. This is so totally indisputable, as the history of the last 60 years has shown.
Israel has proven to be a rational and measured nuclear power. That would be, shall I say, overkill. Israel wins with the least amount of violence required. Nukes have not been necessary, so Israel has not used them.
At this point, how would you argue that Israel would ever err on the side of caution?
