Well then you'd be in jail on murder charges.. get a grip. I don't know why these two bitches got all nuclear on this guy, all they needed to say was , - NO I am not moving, I am waiting for a friend. I wonder what that guy said to the woman though... the video seems strategically edited.

Lol! Somehow I don't think a parking spot registers on the same level as fundamental humans rights (which is the closest thing to an otherwise fictional "universal law").

I hate these confrontations. In the U.S. someone would have pulled a gun (in "self-defense") and there would be blood on the floor. In this case I think the guy in the car showed remarkable restraint.

Koodoo's for getting someone out of the car to help search out a spot. I would have an issue if I'm waiting for someone to get out of a spot after being there as they entered the car then a pedestrian tried to lay claim on the spot but if someone is standing there as I came up to it, I'd drive on.

I had one delicate moment once when I was backing into a spot, a smart ass in a sports car cut me off and drove into the spot. I was at his door as he opened it and after a he realised the bigger picture of events that had occurred, he backed up and let me park.

I remember 2 years ago with the same dilemma. I was at rouge river with my friend and there was 1 parking space left at the very end...lady was standing on it so as nobody can park on it so i just put my car and block the parking space myself. I'm all for waiting even if it takes hours...don't play the waiting game with serious fishermen that's all...she lost that game in about 20 minutes....

What a dumb reason to get arrested and possible a criminal record. Just park further and walk. We need the exercise anyway. Barring that, go online shopping and skip all this nonsense.

I had the same thing happen to me at Square One a few years back. A lady jumped out of a pickup truck in the next row of cars to stand in and hold a spot i was waiting for. Not worth the hassle, I just moved on. If i had the time I could have pulled in front of the spot and told her I was also holding the spot for someone else, but would never park in the spot myself.

Learned a lesson from a lady that told me she screwed someone out of a parking spot, and came out to find all her tires slashed. Eventually there is justice.
