I'm a Packer fan and I agree. But up to this point they were winning 12-7 and this call was blown big time. They missed a clear offensive pass interference by the Seattle receiver then they failed to see (2nd time through replay) that the GB defender caught the ball in the end zone and the Seattle receiver partially stripped it out.
Another important point as well...

On the Seahawks 2nd last drive which ended on a turnover on downs after Capers checked to an all-out blitz and the Seahawks had no route-distribution and Wilson's pass was incomplete that drive was aided by two bad calls. The first play of that drive the INT by McMillan was negated by a roughing the passer penalty on Walden . It was a bad call and GB would have had the ball with a 12-7 lead deep in SEA territory. Later in that drive on a 1st and forever after a couple of SEA holding calls Shields was called for DPI on a deep pass to Rice where it was in fact Rice that should have been called for OPI. Now some will argue that the DPI on Shields doesnt matter because the drive didnt result in points. I dont agree. That bad call effects field position. GB had to be conservative with their play-calling after the SEA turnover on downs due to where their drive was starting and it ended in a 3-and-out. Then SEA's final drive started in plus territory. Its hard not to say that the aforementioned penalties didnt contribute to that - and as we know that final drive did end up with points.

I find that with betting being such a big thing in the NFL . That the fact these officials could be bought ( cause they proably don't make a boat load of cash ) doesn't concern anyone in the league offices .

Maybe I read your post wrong and am misinterpreting but just to be clear, are you suggesting that the officials in that game were bought?

The packers like to blame ONE play for the loss!

ThEy were punished all night.
I agree with that first comment. Disagree with your second.

Game comes down to more than just one play so I agree with you there.

They were punished all night? Not sure about that man. Most or all of the sacks came in the first half. Mike Mccarthy made an adjustment at halftime coming out with Benson, a FB, multiple TE sets and that along with Rodgers getting the ball out quicker and taking the checkdowns resolved much of the pass-pro issues they had in the first half. You do realize that SEA didnt even have a first down in the entire 2nd half until that 2nd last drive right? And that shouldnt have even been a first down because it was via the roughing the passer penalty on Walden which was a bad call. In fact, if that bad call is not made its an INT for McMillan and GB has the ball deep in SEA territory with a 12-7 lead. So saying the Packers were punished all night is an inaccurate statement if you watched the game.

Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

My point is.....green bay..if they wanted the game should not have been sitting at 12 -7. ...and Seattle with the ball.

Rodgers...et al.....should have been up 20 points...and keep the game out of the hands of the 'judges'

Easier said than done. SEA doesnt get a lot of national respect - for what reason I dont know. But thats a very good defense they got. Irvin and Clemons bringing heat off the edge. Irvin is gonna be a stud in this league for years to come. And did you see that play where Clemons was double-teamed by Newhouse and Lang and still got pressure on Rodgers? Bryant is a good pass-rusher and plays the run equally well. KJ Wright is an emerging star in this league at LB. And that SEA secondary is an elite secondary. Sherman, Browner at CB and Thomas and Chancellor at Safety. Name me 3 safety tandems better than what SEA has got? Maybe Atlanta and Pittsburgh (when healthy). Earl Thomas in SEA and Eric Berry in KC are the next generation of studs at the safety position in this league. Even when A.Rod did have time to throw the ball the coverage was great. There were a few times in the game when Rodgers was looking to take a shot downfield but it was covered and either got sacked or he checked it down instead. Saying GB should have been up 20 points is disrespecting the SEA defense. Just my opinion. But we can agree to disagree.

You should check-out the rule book first, then be the guy(on field official) on the spot with millions watching, no benefit of replay, make the call in that instance and stand by it.

The call is not as bad as everyone is making it out to be. Simultaneous possession always goes to the offence.
And the 'offence pass interference' is rarely called in that situation.
So like it or not, there is a good chance the same call would have been made with regular officials. Do not forget the replay guys are the regular replay guys.
